It feels pretty rare to find marine dinosaurs and Jurassic World really does impress with this one! It&rsquo;s a great size for little hands and has a lot of mobility. The head not only moves side to side but also up and down. Doesn&rsquo;t stop there though because its mouth also opens and closes, and this is the feature my kids play with the most. As always, this dino comes with the dino tracker and the unique DNA feature is always our favorite part about Jurassic World dinos. Not only does it track our collection but gives you great information on the dinosaur in the Dino Facts App and it's such a great learning tool. We have so many from Mattel that sometimes he can be hard to please with his dinosaurs but this one was a hit. The detail and coloring is fantastic! Very crisp and clean. It also has a very nice aquatic reptilian quality with the scales. Added bonus was the harness it came with. I liked this one a lot! It has buttons on the shoulder blades to make I go from side to side &amp; up and down. The legs connect at a ball joint and spin all the way around. The code to unlock dinosaurs on the app is very well placed! My boys live for these Dinos and they love to scan them into their collection. I really like how they have 2 sets of play. One is good old fashioned play &amp; the other is scanning it in and then you can play with it on your tablet. Once it&rsquo;s loaded (scanned using the code hidden on the back) you can rotate it &amp; then AR it &amp; play with it. She says it is cool because the flippers/fins on the Elasmosaurus have the ability to be moved in a 360 degree range. A button on the Elasmosaurus' back open and closes its toothy mouth in a side to side chomping action. RRRRAWR! The long neck can be moved up and down which is super fun for a creature attack! The color, detail and texture of the toy are very realistic looking. This is also not your &quot;standard&quot; dino which makes it one of my sons favorites because it is not the usual. The buttons to conteol the dinosaurs mouth and neck swing are easy to press and are located in a good spot for small hands. The Elasmosaurus does not make noise, but he does move his head either up and down or to the side and opens his mouth when you press one of the two buttons on his back. My son really likes how this dinosaur's head moves. This dino is a good size and well made to hold up to play time. While the noise making dinos are fun and we have several, it's nice to have some that don't make noise for more quiet play times. We also like the prehistoric sea creatures/dinosaurs because you don't see as many of them made into toys; it makes it more unique. Its great thing to learn each about specific dinosaur without them really knowing. There are 2 buttons on the dinosaur, one controls the head movement to the left, the other controls the head going up and down and also the mouth opening. All 4 fins/feet rotate and move all around. It does have a little pack/backpack that attaches to it.
