My son loves dinosaurs and transforming toys, so he was super excited to get this toy. It&rsquo;s way cooler than just boring old figures. It&rsquo;s a good size for his hands and he had no problem picking it up and transforming it without any directions. However, I appreciate the fact it does come with instructions and a QR code on the package that leads to a video showing how it transforms. I may have had to use those when I tried it out, lol. You can transform it easily into another dinosaur. The head and tail flip easily into the middle to bring out another dinosaur. My kids enjoyed playing with it. My grandson played hours on end with him. I saw that the product is very durable in play. The size is perfect for any size of fingers. This a two in one toy and keeps fun going forever. I have already recommended this toy to a few people. The eyes and teeth really makes him true to life. It took us a couple of trys to figure out how it was supposed to transform but once we got the hang of it, it was easy. The instructions they include were useless for him at this age but fortunately he didn't have a hard time figuring out how it all went together. He enjoyed transforming them back and forth several times and playing with it with other toys he already had. He can transform from dino to dino pretty good but he gets stuck tucking the tail and head from each dino away. The 4th picture shows where it gets tricky to transform. He likes toys that transform and have working, movable parts to it. This dinosaur's back&amp; belly pop open for the tail and head to flip around and hide inside the body. This allows you to have 2 dino's in 1 toy. My son loved this idea and manovering it about to change back and forth. I rated a 4 instead of a 5, only because it was hard for him to fit the head and tail inside the body various times when trying to do so. The head and tail need to be flipped into the body a certain way for it to close. He kept forgetting that and needs help to get the dinosaurs back closed at times. Other than him sometimes needing help, this toy is great! The colors are cool! Other moving parts on the legs, claws and head allow for fun play. His imagination is at work when playing with this toy! It is a great size for at home, in the car, and on the go at friends houses or restaurants. At first it was difficult for him to figure out, but was easy after the first transformation. After looking at this dinosaur further, it is not a good representation of T-Rex. His upper arms just look wrong and his head points straight up instead of out. If you do move the head, it starts to transform. I feel like this toy could have been executed better. It tale some time to follow the instruction and transform T Rex to Ankylosaurus and vice versa . The claw comes out for T rex and the mouth opens for T rex , it took some time to figure that out .
