Mega Roar Allosaurus is a relatively simple toy that works right out of the package. No fuss or muss when getting it out of the package like many other action figures out there, which saved this mom a lot of tears! It has a great color, sharp teeth, large head and claws, and my son loves the different colored eyes--making Allosaurus appearing fierce. It's a good size, where it's not too big but also not too small. He's been able to pack him in his toy backpack to take with us on trips out. It's well made and has held up to his bashes and crashes as he has it interacts with dinosaur friends. The leg movement operates Allosaurus' jaw so it's easy for small hands to manipulate and play with without getting frustrated. The toy steak adds a fun element to interactive play, facilitating an opportunity to create a storyline with his dinosaurs, stretching his imagination. My one wish is that we were able to change the volume of Allosaurus' roar. At times, it can be a little too loud but we also don't want to have to turn it off completely. It has a good feel to it, very sturdy. The little piece of meat is a nice touch, the kids like pretending they are feeding it. He was ecstatic to receive it. The dinosaur is well made and the colors and features are perfect. He loved the sounds it made, especially after it ate the steak that came with it. The movable parts makes it even more fun to play with.
