So that tells you right away he was in to it. He immediately grabbed it and started playing with it. He also mentioned that this would be perfect for a Jurassic Park set. So if there are more, we'll probably be buying them all. His only complaint was that &quot;the gums looked gross&quot; lol. Which they are a little weird, but it did not stop him from playing with it. This is one of few toys that sits on his head board and gets daily attention. He (or she!) moves and chomps with the button on the back, making for exciting imaginative play with the other Imaginext characters - it is HUGE compared to the Imaginext people. My five year old especially loved &quot;chomping&quot; our dog with this one, ha. (No animals were harmed in the making of this review). I appreciate that it's a bit cartoony in design, so it's not as scary for the littler dudes. As with all the Imaginext line, it seems very durable and well made. Overall a very cool toy, I would recommend it to other young dinosaur fans. The toy is very interactive and moves in several different directions. It&rsquo;s mouth and eyes move and the color vibrant. So far it has held up to the outdoor, indoor play and that includes taking flight thru the living room. I absolutely love this dinosaur!!! My daughter adores it, and even better- I, as an adult, actually enjoy playing with this one. I have a lot of trouble engaging in imaginary play, but this t-rex even gets me going! We play superheroes where her hero&rsquo;s fight the t-rex, we use it with her smaller dino toys when we play dinosaurs, and&hellip; my personal favorite, we put on singing shows and comedy standup with its puppet mouth lol. It is single-handedly one of the best toys we&rsquo;ve ever owned, and we have owned a lot! The quality is amazing. The gums come out and retract for a more evil look, and his legs move, but it is perfectly balanced and stands up well. The best part as stated above, is the mouth, which can be controlled like a puppet by a button on the tail. The only potential issue with this toy long-term will be if the adjustable legs will stay in position when moved or if the mechanism will wear out. It&rsquo;s legs, tail, head and mouth all move. When you grab the tail the head will move. There is a tab on the underside of the tail and when you pull it, the mouth will open and close. It&rsquo;s eyes are pretty realistic too. All of the grandkids love dinosaurs and it helps keep them entertained when they are visiting. This T-Rex has a few features that separate it from other dinosaurs. Such as the bottom on the back that moves it&rsquo;s head and teeth. I thought it was made well, but a little difficult to move the buttons at times.
