It's a nice sturdy, big toy. Heavy and durable. The legs don't move so it's always ready to stand. It makes a handful of different sounds that are different from other dinos we have and sound neat. The eyes and head ridges (which are a sort of flexible thick rubber) light up nicely. Both the tail and neck trigger do the same thing, open the mouth which makes the sound and fires a disk. Though the tail trigger is harder for my 4yr old to squeeze in a way that makes it fire, it's like it gets stuck, sometimes leaving the mouth open too. It's easy for my kiddo to load the disks. The tail also twists to just bring up the frills. Frills are fabric and do get a little crumpled looking but don't seem like they will break. We've had a bit of trouble with the disks getting stuck in the shoot so I have to wiggle them out so he can keep playing. The disks seem to fire about 16 to 34 inches, randomly. They don't hurt with they hit you either. My 4 yr old has asked for more disks already, 4 get shot out pretty fast then he has to hunt them down to keep going. Measuring in at 17&quot; tall and 26&quot; long its a bit awkward for a 4 year old to carry around the house, but best believe he tried to sleep with it one night. It shoots discs (4 included) out of its mouth, by pressing the tail trigger. The nexk trigger activates the mouth to open, sounds and the frill to open. This dino has been a top favorite from my boys (ages 3 &amp; 4) my 4 year old carries it around the house, not an easy task, shooting the darts towards anyone who comes in his way. After a week or so of heavy play, the mouth doesnt shut anymore and the frills only open every once in awhile. This toy surpassed my expectations for a cool dinosaur that makes realistic sounds with lights and the ability to shoot out little discs from its mouth. The quality is excellent as this toy has been played with by my two rough boys for a week now and it still looks brand new, and functions like the day we got it. This dino has easy to squeeze triggers on the top of the head and on the tail. I love how realistic this looks and its very big! My kids loved carrying this around and showing it off to the neighbor kids. I think their favorite part is the realistic sounds and spitting discs. Great quality, very durable and I would definitley recommend to others. However, my 4 and 7-year-old love this! My niece and nephew in high school loved it! I am 41 and even I enjoy playing with it! Not only does it light up and make sounds but the best part is his neck frill pops out! He can spit out discs from his mouth like it's poison! They actually go pretty far too! He has two buttons on him that you can push to do different things. The front legs do move but the bottom legs do not. Overall this toy is very sturdy and quite large! This would make an awesome gift for any child that loves dinosaurs! Putting the dinosaur did not take too long, it did require some messing with when putting on the neck, but after that smooth sailing. The dinosaur lights up on the green pieces on the head and eyes. The sail can be opened and closed twisting the tail depending which side it is twisted to. The discs can be loaded into the head and shoots out from the mouth. The arms and legs can be moved, but if your kid is anything like mine there may be some stomping. The only things to be noted is the discs do not glow in the dark, which they look like they should and regardless of whether you open the mouth by hand or press the button on top the discs shoot out. I find my son wanted more control and so not having the ability to prevent the discs from shooting out did frustrate him. There is an on and off button to turn off the lights and sounds which is a lifesaver of batteries! It comes with 4 circle discs that you load in the top and when you push the lever the discs shoot out of the dinosaurs mouth with a mighty roar! It lights up, makes noises, you can make its frills on the side flap up and it shoots green disks! The one issue we kept facing however is that the green disks would get stuck in the compartment and wouldn&rsquo;t shoot correctly unless laid completely flat, which was frustrating for my toddler. The disks do not shoot super hard by the way!! So no injuries even from being accidentally shot in the face with one lol. The frills are made with thin materials so I believe overtime that they may fray or tear.
