It's about 9 inches tall and includes a superman figure that goes on the power pad on top of the villian. My 3 w/o son quickly started to fly around the superman guy that comes with it, the fabric cape is a nice detail, and he flew him around for a while. He quickly figured out the superman goes on top of the Doomsday villain, while he was able to get the superman to stand there, it was difficult for him to turn the power pad with the superman guy on it. This toy is rated from 3 years to 8 years but I think most 3 year olds would have a hard time turning the power pad with the superman figure. He was able to turn the power pad fine with his fingers. The big doomsday villain punches and swings his arms. A wooden beam is also included for the villain to hold and swing. It was fun knocking down blocks and pounding toys with the villains arms. It does seem like a very durable toy, and should last a while. She was excited to play with Superman and his friend. She had fun putting Superman into place on top of Doomsday and twisting him different directions, seeing what all Doomsday did. Twisting Superman makes Doomsday's arms move, which is a really nice feature. It would be cool with another Imaginext figure to have them use Doomsday to beat Superman, or having Superman use Doomsday to defeat a bad guy. Superman is about the size of the average action figure, which is a good size for small hands. Doomsday is larger, but not too big for my daughter, who's 4, to be able to manipulate on her own. She had fun turning Doomsday's head upside down and twisting his hands around and also opening his hands up. I found it really nice that Doomsday's hands could be opened instead of just sliding his construction beam into his hand. Overall this is a really nice toy that my daughter enjoyed playing with. I liked that it didn't require any batteries and allowed her to use her imagination. I think it is a good toy that can be played with in different ways, even for kids who don't really like fighting toys, like my daughter. This is a great toy for kids ages 3+. My daughter could easily hold and maneuver the pieces, it was light weight but very sturdy, and the pieces are very well made. Doomsday is a great figure that has 10 points of articulation, is very sturdy, and easy to pose (i.e. doesn't fall over). He holds a construction beam in one hand and has a punching action with the other hand. It is very easy and fun to watch my 3 yr old move the arms to knock over blocks and giggle! Superman is also very well made, has large hands to hold items in, has a sturdy cape that moves and does not easily tear, and fits in your hand easily. It is not too small and would not get lost easily. Superman has battle tears on his shirt and has red laser eyes, making it fun to pretend that he and Doomsday are in a battle. Other Imaginext toys will fit on top of Doomsday, and there is another Lex Luthor figure you can buy for it as well. My daughter was very excited to play with this toy and spent several hours pretending with the set. We will definitely be collecting more! I think this is excellent for the price point and great for her age i dont have to worry about her breaking it. I don't tell her that she can't play with toys that are more geared towards boys because I like to let her explore and use her own mind. She loves the typical girly girl toys but she also enjoys playing with toys like this. As soon as she saw me open the mail and pull out this package, she wanted to start playing with it and she has really enjoyed it. The package comes with both the Doomsday figure and the Superman figure so that they can battle each other. The figures are sturdy and durable. They have been banged together and off furniture many times and have yet to show any wear. They also feature lots of fun details such as the red eyes and the battle mark slash on Superman's chest to show some of his skin. Instead of a hard plastic cape, Superman's cape has a fabric material to make it more life like. The Doomsday figure can move his head, arms, and legs. He has elbow and wrist joints so kids can make him bash with the beam and fight Superman. On top of his shoulders he has a stand pad for an Imaginext figure to stand on which activates Doomsday&rsquo;s arms to swing by twisting the Superman (or other super hero) figure side to while standing on the pad. If you turn the figure resting in the pad to the left, it causes Doomsday&rsquo;s left arm to go up then drop back down, if you turn the figure to the right, Doomsday&rsquo;s right arm will raise and drop. You can do a quick side to side twisting action and make his arms to quickly raise and lower and appear to be ready for a battle. Doomsday&rsquo;s hands grasp on to the beam allowing him to bash and fight with it and he can also fit Superman&rsquo;s head in his other hand so he can carry him around. The Doomsday &amp; Superman Characters are made with a very thick plastic so harder to break if dropped or having to fight other Superheros. The Doomsday character also comes with an accessory. The toy features are true to what is advertised. Although simple, it kept my son busy for well over an hour. It is suitable for preschool aged and up. The Imaginext DC Super is well constructed and is solid. My son tested this several times while throwing and play &quot;fighting&quot; with the two characters. This toy does not require assembly which is great. I feel like it is a good investment for the money. My son loved it and is still playing with it days later. He loves to interact these characters with his other toys.
