I like the Velcro loop at the top because I can hang it from the bar of her play mat which makes it easier for her to pull at this age. When you pull the cone to expose all of the scoops, once you let go it vibrates back up which my daughter has found very interesting. Also, it has a jingley ball on the inside so when it's hit while hanging, or shaken while holding, it makes noise. And they love to chew on the hard rubber strawberry. We were not able to attach to car seat as they've already grown out of infant car seat, but the attachment feature has come in handy when attaching to their stroller or the cart at the grocery store! One minor suggestion - if you're gunna create a toy that is kind of like an accordion style, I would recommend having a loop or something easy for the baby to grab on too to pull it down.
