I am so glad that we found a large car wash play set. At first, I was worried that the setup was going to be difficult, but it took me less than a half hour to set it up. My children were happy to help with the setup as well once they saw the set. There is not a lot of actual track for the cars, but where the set lacks track, it makes up for in adventure. I have never seen a car water set this before. My children have spent endless hours playing and trying to avoid the dreaded gator! It was so great to see a Hot Wheels set that is not your standard race track. I was a little disappointed that the set only came with one color changer car, but we can purchase some others. I got my son a playset with water. Of course he loves it, I however do not. Water around the playset, water from the sink to the playset to refill, and wet towels to clean up all the water. But in reality he is having lots of fun with no electronics needed. That is always a big win. I would definitely recommend this as long as you have a spot with hard flooring to play with it. It is also a great way to help clean your house as you or your child is cleaning up the water mess! Putting it together took a little bit of time with both of them &quot;helping&quot; me, but it was really easy and the directions were simple to follow. Everything was easy for them to use to make the car move along the track and they figured it out on their own easily. The set comes with one color change car and I think they loved it the most out of everything. I definitely recommend getting more color change cars to play along with this set for even more fun. One word of caution though, this is a water toy, and with little kids playing with it, water will get everywhere! So you definitely need to use it on a floor where water won't be a problem, or outside. WOW! This one is awesome. So many cool things to do and play with even I was captivated for hours. First things first, assembly was quick and easy, just a few pieces to throw together and boom, we were ready to race. Second, the components are of a high quality, bright, and well finished. I know some other playsets from companies can just be cheaply made ways to increase purchase price but this one is killer. Top quality as one would expect from anything bearing the Hot Wheels name! My daughter (8), her cousin (7) and his brother (9) were playing with this thing for hours. We even had to make a trip to the store to get some new Hot Wheels cars to play with as the ones they had &lsquo;weren&rsquo;t cool enough&rsquo; hahahaha. I thought the water tank and whirlpool were clever and once we got a few of the color changing cars, its was REALLY cool to play with. Three of my boys have had hours of fun with this set since it's arrival. They love to crank, spin and drench the cars. Some of their other cars can be used to play as well. Easy to assemble and has a lot of &quot;wow&quot; factor. My two boys played for two days straight inside with it. Used it once outside to see how the water features work, before the weather has gotten too cold to do that again. It does a great job of holding their interest. I have had to remove the water tank at the top because it is difficult for my four year to use it without it falling off, which frustrates him. I also removed the &quot;salad spinner&quot; piece as that gets jammed up pretty easily and frustrates my 1 year old. It takes a bit of coordination to get the cars to spin out of it, and takes some force to push down on the piece that makes it revolve. I think it should include more than one car, but we just used some of our other hot wheels cars to add additional fun. We built it the night before his big day, so he got to wake up to it on his birthday. It didn&rsquo;t take long to build, about 15 minutes or so and was pretty easy to assemble. I do wish that the tower that holds the water could click in and not just sit there on the top. It tends to get knocked out of place but overall the water stays on the track. I would recommend putting it in an area where you don&rsquo;t mind if water does get out. But putting it over a large towel works out well. It&rsquo;s a pretty descent size already but you can buy additional play sets that attach to it. Like a little city of hot wheels. So that&rsquo;s pretty cool. The gator doesn&rsquo;t do much, but it still surprises him every time that the gator doesn&rsquo;t eat his car up. I think it would be more exciting if the car was able to go through the gator. The only issue I found was that there was only one color change car included - which created some issues for them to share. Most if not all of our hot wheels worked with this toy so we had endless options. Luckily the water feature was an afterthought for them. For parents who wish to use the &quot;car wash&quot; feature - I recommend securing the area with towels or using it on the Kitchen floor to avoid a mess. This made assembly much easier and I wish all products would follow suit. From my sons perspective, he LOVES this play set! It combines all his favorite activities into one unit (water play, cars, ramps, crashing, and hot wheels).
