<span itemprop="description">This was the one toy my son had been talking about wanting for Christmas. Hot Wheels products are new to our household and this was the first item we have purchased that wasn’t just a car. Within in ten minutes of him playing with the toy, on Christmas Day, one of the plastic orange pieces that launch the car had broken off. We encouraged him to play with his other toys until we could see if we could repair the broken piece. Today we were sitting on the floor playing when the second piece snapped off. Highly disappointed in the Hot Wheels product. Not only is my son extremely upset that his new toy is broken but I am furious with the money I have wasted on this toy!</span>

The disappointment that washed over our youngest's face when he realized it was broken. We had just put it together. He launched it once and then the piece was broken. It may have been broken before he tried it, but if it wasn't for it to break after the first launch is not what you expect from a $100 toy.</span>

It was a pricey toy so needless to say I was very disappointed that it didnt last more than a few minutes. I am assuming a replacement part will be sent to our home but I am waiting to here what the next step will be. It is currently set-up and will be difficult and time consuming to dismantle and return to store. Although without the launchers being replaced I will do so and most likely not purchase another set. It is unfortunate as the toy garage itself is impressive to look at and if you love cars and sharks is the perfect gift!</span>

<span itemprop="description">This toy set overall looks amazing and is great for my son, he got it for Christmas and begged me to put it together, overall please with the product but I too am having the same problem. The launch mechanism pieces broke after about 1 hour of play. My son wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary and just playing with it as he should. Pulled the lever it launched and both pieces broke. Normally I would’ve assumed it was my kid being a kid but I was actually playing with him and watched as they both broke off. My son was very disappointed as now the issue has rendered the main attraction of this garage useless. I would rather keep the toy then return it because he really loves it. But I guess we’ll see what replacement parts are available that hopefully are more durable and long lasting.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Got this as a Xmas present for my son. Spend an hour putting it together and both car launchers broke inside of 30min of play. While my son was greatly excited to play with it it quickly turned to disappointment.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Well here we are on Christmas morning. My kid has autism and gets fixated watching the cars go in the loops. Unfortunately I am getting online to see if theres a replacement part for (you guessed) the launchers. Ours broke after about an hour. Kid is having a total meltdown. Trying to figure out how to jerry-rig it to still work but not happening. Maybe you guys should work on that piece since it seems like everyone else is having the same problem. Otherwise a fun track. We love hot wheels but disappointed with this one.</span>

<span itemprop="description">After less than 10 attempts, both launchers broke. I'm typically a big supporter of Hot Wheels, but this is disappointing. This was a Christmas for my son. He was super excited when he opened it. Took longer to put together than it took to break.</span>

<span itemprop="description">So I got my son the Shark Garage for Christmas and the shark mouth doesn't open at all. it doesn't matter if he pull the handle 1 time or 15 times not once does it open! I am extremely disappointed after spending so much for 1 toy and it not working as shown in the commercials.</span>
