Like many of the other reviews have mentioned, the two pieces at the start of the launcher broke off. Even with the launcher completely intact the cars don't make it all the way around the loop most of the time. I'm also not sure the shark feature is working correctly either. Either the shark is up with it's mouth open or it pushed down but it never springs up on it's own so that was disappointing as well (but like I said that may be just my expectation and not a problem with the toy itself). Two of the side ramps are also very flimsy and not like the rest of the toy at all. We have a super ultimate garage from last year and the quality was great. I got it put together and he had a blast with it for a couple of hours or intermittent play before the launcher tabs that shoot the cars up the track broke. He has now walked away from it and won't play it anymore because that part broke. I can't believe the part that is used to most and has the most force on it to launch the cars would be made so cheaply and flimsy. I get it that plastic it cheaper to use but if you are going to make something that has a great deal of force put on it for a short time to launch a car can't it be made with something a bit more durable. Unfortunately his grandparents who are on a fixed income spent more than they should have on this product only to have it break is very sad. It seems after reading other reviews that this is a known issue yet nothing seems to be available as a fix. I wish that there was a way to get a replacement part that is durable because if I have to take it apart to take it back to the store I will just get a refund and spend the money on something else that he might get to enjoy more than half a day. The rep was extremely nice and they are overnighting a new and improved disigned launcher PLUS 5 cars as a &ldquo;we are sorry&rdquo;. So before giving them a poor review....teach your children the proper way of handling the situation. I gave 4 star because the product did break but feel very confident in the end result and satisfied with the way they helped to rectify the problem.
