<span itemprop="description">I bought this for my 2 boys as one of there main Christmas presents this last year and I have had to wait until March to write a review because I have wanted nothing more then to call and yell and scream at someone. So I waited to keep my composure. That being said we bought this for a Christmas gift and the first day we put it together the launcher broke. We contacted our local Walmart and they were happy to exchange the toy, awesome to here. We brought the second one home and put it together the next day. The second car we put through it broke the launcher again. It is really upsetting to spend over $100 on a toy that was meant to be there big Christmas gift and all its good for is to sit in the corner. I grew up playing with hot wheels and loved them and it's so sad to see what use to be great toys be so terrible.</span>

They informed me this week that the shark no longer activates. I checked it and the shark mechanism has failed and the shark will never work. Perhaps if only the most important mechanisms were made of something more than plastic, so many of these wouldn't break. I might even pay a little more knowing it would last and I wouldn't have to disappoint my kids by taking it back.</span>

We have been waiting on Walmart to have it, in order to change it, but they don’t have it. So, right know is a waste of space and money!! Hotwheels needs to address this situation, i have a 8 month old daughter So you can imagine what could happen if she takes one of those two little pieces. Seeing that there’s a lot of people with the same problem, we don’t want nor recommend this product, being a product with that price, i would expect better quality. We was at a hotwheels monster truck live event, they had two of these garages and one was broken, the piece that brakes can become a choking hazard. Hotwheels needs to address the problem. <span itemprop="description">It was simple to put together and my son was SO EXCITED to play with it (he saved his own money and bought it himself yesterday!)....but the first pull of the handle to send the cars around the loop and one of the tabs broke. Now we can just do 1 car at a time. He is still liking playing with one car, but is upset that he worked to save his money for so long and can’t get the full play value.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Santa delivered a big hit to my 6 yr old with this garage. However, as someone else stated, the car launcher tab broke after 15mins of play. My son & daughter were having so much fun until it broke. Talk about major disappointment on Christmas morning! Not sure about return policies or fixes, but until I hear from the company, I would not recommend this expensive toy.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for Christmas for my son. He loves it but it broke within a week. Called customer service after looking on website and saw tons of complaints about the same thing. Customer Serivce rep was so nice and knew exactly what I was talking about. He ordered the replacement piece and sent 5 cars along with the replacement piece for the inconvenience. Mattel knows how to take care of their customers this is the 2nd complaint on a toy item from Christmas and each time they have been so nice and sent extra stuff for the inconvenience.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this for my son for Christmas and not even 20 minutes after it being set up, both tabs on the launcher broke and now he can't even launch the cars. He loved playing with it when we first got it set up, but now he doesn't even acknowledge having it, because he can't really play with it. $75.00 for less than 20 minutes of play is not worth it.</span>
