My 4-year-old son and 8 year-old daughter are both really into this set. They can launch 2 standard size Hot Wheels cars to &lsquo;race&rsquo; to the finish, or make one monster truck soar through the air. Playtime has resulted in a lot of giggles. My 4-year-old gets a big kick out of the slam launcher &ndash; one of the only toys we have that he can be rough with. She has my 1980s Flying Sto &amp; Go Trackset which she grabbed and immediately started playing with the two sets. Setup was easy as well as storage since it fits within itself. My daughter laughed at the different emojies and was having a ball sending her various cars flying. We recently brought this with us in the car for a longer ride. He loves to make the truck fly out as fast as possible and see what &ldquo;award&rdquo; he gets. As a parent, putting it together was easy. The directions aren&rsquo;t very clear on some parts, though. It was a little confusing. The directions are just pictures. Also, while putting it away, it is difficult to close. I wish all of the pieces could fit inside instead of the one section having to be attached outside. My oldest (8) was able to assemble it himself very quickly and his younger brother (6) was able to replicate it after watching once. My only real complaint is that the performance of the stunts is pretty inconsistent . The truck only made it all the way into the tire about half the time.
