The kids no longer play with it. It was difficult to figure out how to play with it and getting it working right. There wasn&rsquo;t much to the toy itself and the jaws themselves didn&rsquo;t actually do anything. He's in his monster truck phase so it was a huge hit. I loved how easy it was to put together, no complicated instructions or pieces. It wasn&rsquo;t blatantly apparent exactly how to play so we used the back &ldquo;car holder&rdquo; and someone tried chomping the other player trying to get the treasure open. The ramp helps you launch your monster truck at the treasure box, which takes quite a hit to open. We could not get the jaws to chomp much on their own so that was disappointing. It was fun for my child to try and pop open the treasure, however, it is sort of a one and done toy. We have used the monster truck for other play, so that is nice. Also, the jaw kept popping out of place, requiring me to frequently pop it back together, which was frustrating. It is a relatively small toy so it could be taken along for play on the go but we only used it at home. We are a Hot Wheels loving family, and especially of the monster trucks collection so of course we had to try this one. Right away we were ilpressed by the quality, durability, attention to detail. My 8 year old was able to assemble the product himself (with my supervision) in no time at all and get to playing quickly. He really loves the monster truck that is included, and I think the smashed car is also a great detail. We love how the shark jaws close on the unsuspecting vehicles! This is a very simple play set that doesnt come with any track or lengthy pieces, however it has a small bit of assembly to create a small gimmick. Essentially, you receive the Tiger Shark monster truck, and pieces to assemble a shark head that has a treasure chest inside, and the gimmick is that you are to run the Tiger Shark truck towards the shark head and hit the treasure chest. If it pops open, youre &quot;safe&quot; or you win, otherwise, the shark head closes on the truck and &quot;chomps&quot; it. Overall, as stated before, its simple. There isnt really much to it, but it is fun to play with. If you or your child has a collection of monster trucks, you could try various trucks to see if any cause different reactions, like one may trigger the &quot;chomp&quot; more often, or, you could build a track or ramp to run the Tiger Shark truck down with the shark head at the bottom, just to make it a bit more fun or challenging and add to the playset.
