<span itemprop="description">So the cheapy plastic yellow car that came with it is the only car we own that will go around the track. All of our other hot wheels from the Porsche to the Mustang can’t make it up the hill. Also I let the 10 year old do the assembly. He followed the instructions but for some reason the launcher sends the cars the wrong way on the track for the way the motor spins. Meaning if the launcher actually gets the vehicle to the track, it just falls off because the track isn’t set up to go in that direction. I have searched the entire thing and can’t find a different place to have the launcher enter the track so that the vehicles go in the right direction. There are no crashes because the only car that works is the one that came with it. Sadly the 10 year old bought this for his little brother for Christmas and the only way we can use it is to just run the car into the motor and bypass the launcher entirely</span>

Then he saw that that was not launching the cars enough so he resorted to hitting it with the bottom of his palm in a fist shape with great success. Unfortunately after 2-3 days of play the hitting was too much of the plastic launcher and it snapped.

The car that came with the set went around the loop once maybe 20% of the time while the majority of other hotwheel cars we had failed to make the loop. The wheel isn't strong enough to keep sending it around either. As a result we could never get multiple cars in the track with enough speed to get a crash, most cars would get half way around the loop and fall down. my son keeps asking how to fix it and is disappointed with his first hotwheels experience.</span>

Racing and crashing with 2 and 3 cars on the track at the same time, hours of fun have been had with my children who are 8,5,3.

The plastic is substantial and on the thicker side, providing great structural support for the loop (the strength helps it shake less as cars are speeding around), but the down side is this set would be difficult to break apart and put away.
The hand launcher takes a bit of practice to get the hang of, but the good news is that you don’t need to use the hand launcher to get the full experience of cars looping and crashing. The set has a strong motor launcher that kicks the cars around the track, and any kid can easily roll cars into the motor launcher.
Because mastering the hand launcher is a bit more difficult on this set than our other Hot Wheels sets, I wouldn’t recommend this set for a preschooler or a kid’s very first Hot Wheels track set, but for a slightly older kid that loves to see their cars crash, this could be a great set! My second grader throughly enjoys it. It’s also good to know that none of the many Hot Wheels cars we’ve crashed in this set have been damaged or broken. All of our little Hot Wheels cars crash, and are ready to go again!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Really great toy that kids have had lot of fun playing. The track/loop is really easy to set up, just clicking in place. The build feels really secure with no lips or bumps in the joins. Can add to track which is nice if want to expand. The cars can go in opposite directions if you wanna see some crashes. One side is manual for propelling the cars, you just punch down on the button. The other side is propelled electronically when the cars pass through gate. It's fast and furious and my boys really loved playing with it. Doesn't take up lots of room as its more high than long. Battery life is good and there's a neat storage for cars on top of the track. Lots of fun and great features. Really cool game.</span>

I was so pleasantly surprised when we flipped it on and it ran like a dream. Feeding the cars into the spinning wheels to send them on their way elicited so many laughs from my little ones. The only downside for us was the D batteries it required, since we so rarely keep those on hand. It was, however, completely worth the trip to the store to get some. When it did work, my son loved it. My only suggestion would be working on the power supply. If they could get it to work consistently then it would be a lot of fun.</span>

He really enjoys playing with it but the cars do not stay on the track good, that is a disappointment for him. It is very tall and was not easy at putting together. It does take a good size place to put it up at.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son already has a lot of hot wheels tracks and sets, and this Massive Loop Mayhem set is everything I've come to expect from Hot Wheels, and more! With the classic blue and orange coloring, it easily goes with (and can attach to) our pre-exsisting sets. The quality and sturdiness of this track seems to be better than any previous tracks, which is super impressive, and the size is even bigger than I had thought it would be. The track was easy to snap together, and with the lettering system on each piece, there was no guessing at all as to which piece attached next. My son loves the manual and auto launcher combo, as well as the brand new car that came with it. He has been playing with it every day, finding out which cars perform the best, and cause the most extreme crashes! Overall a super fun addition to the Hot Wheels line!</span>

Easy to assemble and provides hours of fun for my 6 year old. He loves to play with this. The top of the loop has a spot to hold cars which was pretty neat. Even though it's a big loop the width of it is perfect for not taking up too much space.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great toy my boys have had a lot of fun launching cars to go around the loop de loop. It took a bit of time to put together but the instructions were straight forward. I wish it took AA or AAA batteries because C and D batteries are expensive and not very many things use them anymore. Despite that it has kept my boys busy off and on for several days now.</span>
