Mais grosse déception une fois le circuit monté ! Impossible de faire une course à deux, car une seule voiture Yoshi est fournie. C'est bien sûr indiqué sur le boîte, mais quel est l'intérêt de proposer un circuit pour deux si ce n'est pas immédiatement jouable par deux joueurs ?
Si l'on fait abstraction de ce problème, le circuit se monte facilement, mais je doute qu'une fois monté et démonté plusieurs fois, le circuit tienne longtemps car le plastique ne semble pas hyper solide.
Dommage car le principe de course est bon, avec Bowser qui peut bloquer les voitures, et les drapeaux qui descendent au fur et à mesure des victoires.
Ce circuit a occuper mes fils pendant une heure lors de la découverte, mais s'en est resté là. Peut être qu'avec une seconde voiture ils s'amuseront plus....</span>

All is set for our first race. Then it dawns on us. The kit comes with a SINGLE CAR. Wait, what? Maybe there’s another one somewhere? Nope. Just one. Two tracks. A race. One car.
This is worse than “batteries not included”. You cannot just go and buy batteries at the local servo. It will be days until you can really enjoy the game.
Really, Mattel, just drop another car in there. Do you enjoy watching kids cry??</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this about two months ago and it's so cool! I'm 19 but Hot Wheels are one of those toys that are fun no matter your age. And I really love Mario Kart. This track is awesome! The Bowser statue is accurate to the one from 8's Bowser's Castle. The loop is cool and the flags are a nice touch. Good track but I don't understand why it comes with a Blue Yoshi and not the king of koopas himself. Still awesome! All I worry about is breaking the launchers because I'm rather strong. Just be sure to get another car. It isn't a race with one vehicle.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is a robust and good quality made product, especially for little fingers. It was easy to assemble with clear and precise instructions. Adult supervision is necessary for some of the tricker pieces. It's colourful and appealing to all ages. A second vehicle would have been nice as we have tested some of our other HW cars and found it difficult to get the momentum right for a good race. Bowser is also a nice feature, however he could last a little long on wind up and possibly be a little quicker on rotation, although this does not take away from the fun aspect. Great addition to a growing collection and would recommend!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Extremely pleased with this playset. My 5 year old son has had hours of play without getting bored.
The packaging is impressive. There is no need for scissors to open, as there is perforation on the back of the box for easy opening and all the parts are neatly placed with no ties to undo.
The instruction booklet is easy to follow. The track clicks together nicely with perfect fit. There are a few stickers to place on the set before assembly. I would advise for the adult to place them, as they stick well and if they are not in place correctly it is hard to peel them back up to replace correctly.
Another great bonus is the movement in Bowsers wind up arms as there is no requirement for batteries.
The playset is colourful and surprisingly sturdy enough to handle the levers being pushed quite hard to launch the vehicle.
As a parent, not only did I enjoy the fact that my son was having so much fun racing his cars on the track, but also the added value of him developing skills such as, how much speed and pressure he needed to launch the car and perfecting his timing to get the car past Bowsers arms. In addition, the two tracks allows for two people to play at the same time, racing each other. The only negative I found was that the set only comes with one vehicle, however, additional vehicles can be purchased separately.</span>

My two boys love Hot Wheels cars and tracks, but more recently have become fans of Mario and Mario Kart. Bringing the two together has given them a chance to blend two things they enjoy, without the electronics, and they absolutely love it! Its a fun track set with the ability for two "players" to each launch a car side by side and race, but the race isn't just against each other, as there is a cool and unique wind up function on the track that makes a giant Bowser swing his arms around and try to stop the cars from going through. Both sides have a loop and they also have another unique function. When the cars get to the end of the track on their side, it is designed to turn the car around and back it into the launcher, making it easier for the person playing to launch it again. My kids are ages 8 and 4 and they have been having so much fun with playing with the track and they enjoy the fact that its different from others and that it is Mario Kart themed. On another note, the track comes with a Blue Yoshi kart which is special to the track. There are ways that one could attach more pieces to the track and expand it if wanted but it seems to be just fine as is. Honestly, with the unique parts of the track, and how it plays, it feels like they grasped what is fun with Mario Kart as a video game, and managed to simplify it without losing the fun, and pack it into a physical toy that kids can enjoy and get away from the screens for a while.</span>

I like how you can use a variety of cars on the track and of course Mario themed is great. It was super easy to put together, even my almost 4yr old daughter was helping set it up. I highly recommend this and will be buying more Mario cars to go with it.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Hot Wheels MarioKart Bowser's Castle Chaos Playset to review and I'm so glad! It has become a fixture in our house and gets played with every day. The kids never get tired of racing against each other.
The track was easy to assemble, my 5 year old and I set it up in less than 20 minutes, and that included applying the stickers. The track comes with a track loop for 2 cars, a launching handle, and a Bowser figure who raises and lowers his arms, potentially blocking the car from passing by.
One thing that I was disappointed with is that the set comes with one racer only. We have a lot of Hot Wheels cars at our house and it took a lot of experimentation to find a car that would make it around the track and slide back to the starting bay like the included Yoshi racer did. I would recommend that Mattel include a second race car so that you can start the fun right after setting it up.
Once the track is set up, it was super easy to race! Just put the car in the starting bay, slam down (harder than I initially thought - this thing is sturdy!) and they're off! I like that you can set Bowser to on or off, depending on the age and skill of your racers. My 5 year old was able to time it up to sneak by him without getting caught but my 3 year old had trouble. She was much happier when we turned him off and the cars could race underneath him.
When the cars have completed the loop they automatically hit the flagpole, which drops the pole down a notch. The idea is the first person to complete 5 laps around the track wins. I like this idea because it gives a better chance of a fair race- a lot of things can happen in those 5 laps! I do wish that the flagpole was marked differently, so that you could more easily visualize when the 5 laps were done and the race is over. It was tough to tell by just looking at from a distance.
The kids love the idea that this set is compatible with other Hot Wheels tracks, and so they had fun connecting different sets and loops and making their own tracks.
Overall this is a great toy. It's big enough to be exciting but not so big that it takes up your whole living room. We are looking forward to purchasing the other racers and additional Mario Kart track sets to integrate with Bowser's Castle.</span>

We already had the smaller Chain Chomp set which 1 person can play at a time. We loved this set that allows for 2 players! We were also able to connect our smaller set to expand the already massive track (note to adults you'll need space as it's approximately 3' x 3' when assembled). Bonus is the items that move are all kid powered including the Bowser obstacle which is wind up and has an on/off switch so younger kids (or struggling adults) can set it for easier play so no batteries needed!
My only con for the whole thing is that it only comes with 1 MarioKart car, but is a 2 player track. Be sure to order a 2nd kart if you want your Mario characters to battle it out. Other Hot Wheels cars also work, but depending on size & weight may not handle the loop.</span>

He has some of the other smaller sets (which fit with Bowsers Castle), and this one held his attention for a longer period of time. We were able to play together and he was able to play on his own. The assembly was quick and easy. All of the different MarioKart Hot Wheels cars worked great on this track. The only thing I would change about this product is how it can be stored. Once it has been put together, some pieces do not come apart. We were able to break it down enough to fit completed parts in a bin, but I'm not looking forward to putting it together every time we want to play.</span>

It’s quick and easy to put together, we live the new track connectors, it seems sturdier than some of the older Hot Wheels tracks. We also love that there’s no batteries needed! Another bonus is that they can run two races at once, which cuts down on the sibling rivalry. Our boys own 2 20 gallon totes FULL of Hot Wheels cars and they had a blast testing cars to see which ones fit on the track and which ones went the fastest. The Yoshi kart it comes with is by far the winner, but it’s been hard during the pandemic to find the rest of the Mario crew to race. We found that the regular Hot Wheels go carts and race cars, particularly the race cars that come in the blind bags are a very close second! We can’t wait to add to our Hot Wheels Mario Kart track and car collection! This would make an amazing gift, or just a fun add on to your current Hot Wheels collection while the kids are home during the dog days of a pandemic summer.</span>

They got a couple of the Mario Kart Hot Wheels for Christmas, so they were excited to have a track to use them on. The track was easy for me to put together with two anxious kids standing by ready to use it. It's as well-made as any other Hot Wheels set we have had. It doesn't need batteries, which is great!
The only drawbacks I can think of are these: it only comes with one Mario Kart car. It would be nice if it came with two of the Mario Kart cars, since it's specifically made to race two cars. Also, and this is more of an FYI, it does take up a lot of floor space. It does easily come apart when you need a break from it being out.
All in all, it's a hit with my kids and they are already asking for the companion tracks to attach to it!</span>
