He's had other track sets, but nothing as big as the 4-Loop! When he saw the tracks laid out, he was ecstatic. (As the father who had to assemble the track, I was much less enthused.) The battery operated launcher is great, especially for younger kids who may struggle with a manually operated launcher. Running the track with a couple cars is absolutely mesmerizing, and we spent quite a bit of time just watching the cars cycle through. The real chaos comes when you add cars 3 and 4 into the mix. Eventually, they collide in the &quot;crash out&quot; zone, and my son loved this part. Note that this part of the track is covered with a little plastic guard to keep the cars from flying up and out at your child. Not every car functions with the launcher, but that's generally the case with all tracks. I would also recommend loading in no more than 5 cars, as they can crash out and slide down the tracks, causing more collisions and chaos. My only gripe is how much money I'll end up spending in batteries. A rechargeable li-ion battery would have been awesome, but that's just a small complaint. Overall, this was a great addition to our play room and will see many hours of fun in the future. The only issue is for some reason the pieces don&rsquo;t remain together and have to be constantly reassembled. Just not the right car.</span> <span itemprop="description">Ok so here's the thing with this specific set. The car that comes with it doesn't like going through the second loop. The best cars I have found to 100% work were Bone Shaker, Prototype H-24, and Loop Coupe. Something else I noticed was when one of the 3 cars would go through the loops they would quite literally speed up but when the car that came with this set(Electrack) would go through the first loop it would slow down when it came down to the next loop. They honestly should have had Loop Coupe be in this set instead of Electrack. You just gotta find the right cars. Mattel&rsquo;s been doing this a long time and they have the model down pretty well. The track is pretty large and folds up for storage. Folding shortens the track&rsquo;s length but makes it twice as wide, which fails to make it more compact. The track is easy to put together and took me no longer than 20 minutes to assemble. It takes 4 D cell batteries, so be sure to pick some up when buying the track. As far as play goes, the track is loads of fun. My 5 year old spent 40 minutes running cars through the loops and making them crash. Make sure you use cars with a low center of gravity, he learned the hard way that Hot Wheels vans don&rsquo;t work on the loops. The bright colors and fast-paced play make this an exciting and engaging toy. The car that came with it is neat replica of one of the cars from the Netflix show, so if your child is a fan of the series they are going to be delighted by this. They were able to put this together mostly themselves with limited adult help, which is a plus for me. The track is exciting and using the toy is entertaining (if im being honest, it captivated their and my husbands attention much longer than mine). It comes with just 1 car and you essentially just watch it continuously loop around the track. We tried using other hotwheel cars but it didn't work based on the car's construction and gravity. My children came up with creative games with it. The car/ track is super sensitive, so when a few times it fell midloop it usually was/is like a speck of dirt or something similar. I would just wipe it down with a wipe or paper towel. I like that the toy while super fun and super big actually doesn't take up so much space. It's profile is designed in such a way and it stabs nicely for me to put to the side when not being used. It comes with 1 track car wish it would have came with 2. We tried to add some of our of hot wheels. But we weren&rsquo;t successful with a good amount of them. Maybe it&rsquo;s the weight. But that was alright. It definitely kept my son&rsquo;s attention playing with cars. Clean up was a breeze you can just &ldquo;fold&rdquo; it to put it away. The car races through the loops like a flash and returns to the start where it&rsquo;s launched right back through again. My boys had fun watching the car clear all 4 different loops. We tried other Hot Wheels cars we own but were unsuccessful getting any others to clear all the loops. It was fun watching them crash while trying though! The set is a little noisy and super large, but it does conveniently fold down for storage and travel which is always a nice feature! The track come with one car and really should include 2 for children who may not have a collection of hot wheels currently and getting started. The main theme of this track set is the cars will loop around and eventually crash into each other is the caged section of the track. The launcher is great and the car will continue around the track until you stop it and my child enjoys playing with this set because of the mechanical nature of the track assembly and the constant motion which is soothing to him since he gets bored easily and relies on technology for entertainment. Another nice feature is that the design is stacked and the rescue track does not take up a lot of space in my child's bedroom. It did take some time to assemble all the parts. My kid likes it. Dislikes - Need 4 big batteries, and track set will work with specified cars only. We have collected about more than 100 hot wheels and only a few of them will run through the complete loop. They just keep falling down from two specified locations. My kids love it. The high speed wheel really moves the cars with ease. It was easy to put together and compact for having four loops! As always, you can attach this to another hot wheels set. The look of it is awesome and I love that it folds for easier storage. Unfortunately, after trying different sets of batteries, the motor on the set we received is just not strong enough to shoot the cars up the track so that they can complete the circuit and crash in to one another. My kids were using other hot wheels that didn't come with the track so I thought maybe they were too heavy, but no, even the car that came with it couldn't make it up the loop.
