It feels like soft rubber and when you squeeze it you can see the blue water beads inside. The &quot;skin&quot; is super durable we put this through extreme stretching squishing and stomping and I have no fear at all in the skin breaking, it's extremely durable . The mouth also opens and closes. His new favorite is the Jurassic World one. They are the perfect size for him, as even take them along with us to the park . The body is super soft and stretchy. This is the perfect action figure for his collection. We love how stretchy and playable it is. We stretch it beyond belief and it is still in its original form, with no tearing. The paint does start to fade away after alot of stretching, however that's not a bug problem for us. His jaw does have a tendency to pop off when it's overextended, but it's very easy to position back correctly.
