She loves having the characters stargaze and explore the camp, especially when we're on the go. It's important to remove the toy from the packaging carefully, as there are picture instructions printed on the cardboard inside which show how to insert the hinge pin (it's sturdy plastic, like the body of the toy) and attach the memo pad and pencil clips. My younger daughter loves all things little so it was a prefect size for her. She asked me to play with her a couple times and it was very hard for me to get my larger fingers on the toys while trying to play inside. She enjoys doodling too so the little note book was perfect for her. It was the gift that kept giving with all of the fun little active play features. Four year old was just as intrigued by it. Super funny but the tiny pencil was a must to use to do homework with that same evening. My daughter loved this so much especially when she saw the cute little things she could do with the cats and the &ldquo;house&rdquo;. Not only that but once done playing everything fits inside and it closes up and securely keeps everything safe and it looks like a coin purse which she likes to carry with her to grandmas or just about anywhere! This set is easy to carry along with you in a car on trips or outside. She loves the carry loop and has been carrying it all over the house with her. She has the camping set and the details are adorable, from the s&rsquo;mores tent to the telescope to the little rocking boat. She&rsquo;s had a great time making up camping stories and offering us all some hot chocolate. She&rsquo;s also been using the notepad to leave little notes for everyone. She has a little trouble with the latch but she&rsquo;s getting better at opening it. It was super easy to assemble and since everything is contained it will be great for travel this summer!
