You can also do just music and lights if you don't want the vibration on the toy. Both my 10 month old and 3yr old love to cuddle this little bunny and it's a good little friend for bedtime or just in general. One thing to note, once its turned on ithas to go through its timed cycle as pushing the foot button again will just restart it. The only way to turn it off during a cycle is to turn off the power in the back. It does have a switch in the back to change the modes and another for power, low volume and high volume.</span>

A great toy to use during tummy time as something to keep baby's attention. The melodic sounds aren't annoying and have an auto shutoff after 15 minutes. We use this in many different ways and was surprisingly a great kids toy. 1 star off for a few things. It needs an instruction booklet on what each setting means. Pressing the foot again within the 15 minute time frame should turn it off not restart. I wish the back enclosure wasn't weak velcro. Maybe a zipper so it would stay shut better.</span>

The music (or heartbeat, which really little ones might like better!) is gentle and activated with a push of her foot, so an older baby can easily learn some cause and effect by pushing the button to hear music. You can also shake the bunny for some sounds and vibrations too- at first the vibrations seemed like they were too powerful to me, but my baby didn't seem to mind at all- I found her shaking the toy more than I expected her to! The lights on the tummy are gentle and not flashing, so it is actually soothing and not distracting in the middle of the night. And the bunny itself, all lights and sounds aside, is just a soft and adorable little thing. This is a really nice soothing toy and would make a great gift for new babies or even toddlers who need something to cuddle!</span>

I was impressed by how many songs there were. The twins also liked the vibrate feature and giggled when they felt it.
The heartbeat feature is odd - it doesn’t sound anything like a heartbeat. It sounds more like two pieces of wood being banged together.
And while all of the options are nice to have (vibrate, heartbeat, songs, heartbeat and songs without vibration) all of these and the power down/volume switches are in the back of the toy, so the velcro back needs to be opened up every time. It would be nice if it were easier to access these features, especially as the twins get older and will start pushing buttons on their own. There is only one button outside the back of the doll on one of the feet which will switch songs or start the heartbeats over again, depending on which mode the bunny is already in.
Quirky but cute overall, and the bunny is as snuggly as he looks.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Heart to Hugs Soothing Plush Toy is a cute bunny toy. It’s a decent size and a great plush toy for my little one. It’s soft and very cuddly so my baby really likes it. The foot has a button that activates the lights, vibration and musical element. It has a light up tummy so your baby can see the colored lights in addition to the music. At first my baby was scared of the vibration but got used to it quickly. You have the option to set the vibration and music portion to a short or long duration so that’s convenient. We typically use it on the short duration and my baby really likes it.</span>

The timer is set for 15 minutes? Which was too long for us to just keep playing the sounds over and over.</span>

Sounds are soothing and the vibrating feature is just the right amount of movement for my four month old. She smiles when I turn it on and place it in her arms. To turn on you must decide if you want the louder mode or softer, then on the other side you chose vibrate or not and music or heart beat. Once you chose your setting you simply press the bunny’s foot and it turns on. At first I thought it was odd that you can not turn the toy off by the button on the foot but after seeing my daughter with the stuffed animal it makes sense. She could easily turn it off if you were able to do that via the foot. She was very excited and immediately put the soft bunny ear in her mouth. I would recommend this product to anyone with a baby looking for a soothing stuffed animal. She usually has a difficult time in the car and it seems that having the stuffed animal with us, with the soothing vibrating features definitely makes a difference during a usual fussy car ride.</span>

My daughter liked listening to the toy while she was calm but when she was presented with it while upset, it didn’t calm her down. A parent must also help operate unless your cold is old enough to manipulate the toys on button by pressing its foot.</span>

Thank you for your question about Sylvi Plush Toy. To get it to play music, you can shake the toy or squeeze the foot with the musical note on it.
