The down sides are that you can&rsquo;t choose what it says, you have to keep pressing the button until you get to the catchphrase you want. (My husband is a big He-Man fan, so it was a win with him as well.) The sword is a nice length, and it was perfect for child play. It's also made very sturdy so this toy won't break. My son loved pushing the button on the sword to get it to say the famous &quot;by the power of Grey Skull&quot; speech. He didn't know who He-Man was, so my husband showed him a clip online. After that, my son loved the sword even more! He ran around holding the sword up like He-Man and pressing the button. I think he enjoyed doing that more than actually pretending to fight bad guys! This toy is definitely a win for children (and any age He-Man fans as well). It's got fantastic play value, and it's made very well.
