The quality is great and it's neat sharing something that I grew up with with my kids. We talked fro hours about He-Man and I think it was really neat to bond with my kids. The toy is well built and solid, the only issues my child has is that it's difficult to keep it upright. It's top heavy and doesn't balance well. Beast Man is very detailed with armor and a weapon that my son found very appealing! The toy&rsquo;s body is very positionable and can even swing at the hips to release his weapon. You have to hold his legs firmly with one hand while pulling him back and to the side so his hips swing forward and to the side, which releases the weapons or attacks. It took my son a couple of tries to get it to work. Beast man stands firmly on his feet, which makes playtime fun. He can also stand on his head, which is how he is usually standing on our table. My son does not watch He-Man, but he found Beast Man very interesting and liked using it to play with his little brother. My husband had to explain who the character was to my son. My son did not use the whipping motion in the hips, but instead used it in imaginative play. The only downside my son found is that the joints don&rsquo;t move. His head goes around and so do the hands and arms but the elbows and knees are stiff. The green shield like accessory also stays on his hand well. Everything moves very easily, and it seems to be really durable. He has survived multiple battles without a scratch. The colors of this figure really pop and are vibrant. Beast Man arrives with two accessories - a shield and a bone staff. It was difficult to find a place on the figure where the shield fits tightly and the packaging does not help much in determining where to put it. The staff is easy to put into either of Beast Man's hands and he is able to hold it securely. The action of the figure is pretty cool as it is &quot;spring loaded&quot; at the waist. However, I would personally like to see the action a little stronger than what it is. Upon first impression, I'm pretty impressed with the size, and build of this action figure. He truly is a beast with his huge shoulders, chest, and arms. His balance is good even though he is a little top heavy but he can stand without falling over if standing on a hard surface. The articulation of this figure is pretty good. His head, wrists, and ankles can all rotate 360 degrees. His arms can move outward from his waist, but not much. Besides his size, his armor is equally as impressive. The two spikes on his shoulder armor have nice detail. The Power Attack feature is pretty fun to use and works best for a backhand attack.
