It comes in a pretty cool casing which adds to the excitement. She flies around really well and can hover and be moved up by holding your hand underneath. I do have a bit of a love hate relationship with it as I love how the kids love it, but I hate having to keep an eye on it so it doesn't fly into the TV or scuff the walls up. She's a bit of a wild flyer sometimes. If she does hit a wall the wings sometimes pop off but very easily go back on without being damaged. The box it comes in is great, it is easy to store. Underneath is the wire for charging. It&rsquo;s usb so I used it with a plug and the charging point is on the bottom of her dress. She is very pretty, my daughter loved the pink hair! The colours are very vibrant. To get the fairy to work there is an on/off switch on the bottom of the skirt, you have a few seconds to put her into the base before she starts up. She goes up into the air and moves very gracefully across the room until she hits something. This has brought my daughter hours of fun, she loves to see where she is going to go. I would definitely recommend it for any fans of fairies and love flying toys. It did take her a couple of days to get used to maneuvering her and with only having a small living room it did become a bit of an issue of it bashing into people or objects in the room, however she took it outside in the end and quickly picked up how to do it as she has more room. The charge doesn't stay for very long, however that could be due to my daughter never putting her down. However, you have to reset every time you want to use it after replacing any wings that have fallen off. There seems to be no way of directing it so it goes off on its own and as soon as it hits ANYTHING it crashes and falls apart. After one day we&rsquo;ve now lost two of the wings (potentially behind the sofa) and it won&rsquo;t work. Also hurts a lot if it crashes into you. Bought one and it immediately didn't work out of the box. The light was on but it wouldn't charge or fly. They were great about sending me a new one which is good. The 2nd one worked fine, but its basically a useless toy. It doesn't hover or just fly nicely under your hand, the toy zips across the room and it doesn't recognize good with the hand sensor. After smashing into everything 1000 times the motor just broke, made a loud humming sound and wouldn't fly anymore. My nieces bought one right after we did as well. They had it for a week and then the motor went on it as well and it stopped spinning and flying. It doesn&rsquo;t lift up when a hand is placed underneath it. It keeps chasing my daughter as it takes off sideways and my daughter has been struck by it a few times. She is now scared of going anywhere near it. This was her birthday present and is more of a nightmare as it keeps flying improperly and crashing. Longest flight time would have been 4 seconds so far that I&rsquo;ve been counting. Looks like many others are enjoying their pixies so I think ours is a defective one.
