Both my kids age 4 and 7 had fun unboxing it. We got the sparkling poodles family. It came with 17 different surprises including 3 eggs to hatch, camper furniture and accessories. The camper opens up for easy play and folds back up easily for storage. Kids were very excited to see what's inside and the package looked promising. We got Koala Campers set. I like the rubber material of the koalas, however the quality of the egg is not impressive. It's brittle, and the egg got broken in two in a couple days. The toys are pretty small and it made it a bit hard to play with them. As well as my 5 year old son couldn't stick the stickers inside of the egg without my help. It's got a lot of small pieces so could be a choking hazard and these little toys will probably get lost or kicked under furniture to never be seen again. I'd prefer if the camper was completely enclosed so that it could be portable and the tiny pieces wouldn't have a chance to fall out. It's not a noisy toy and I think it would be best for children with imagination so they can make up scenarios for the toys to go on. There's a lot of surprises for kids to figure out and it feels to me like and old school Polly Pocket. It's just hard to compete with all the other things out there plus technology but this has so many moving parts and little surprised that you can save for later to keep the fun going. Child's words: I like how colorful the box is. I love the poodle family. They're so cute and sparkling. I like their wings and the most fun part is rubbing the heart and getting it warm to crack them open for the big reveal. Surprise pups and furniture come seperately wrapped to give the surpise effect. It was a very generous toy as it comes with many pieces and stickers to decorate the rv. Furniture has clicks to hold everything in place so they dont tip over. Con for me was that there were no instructions on how to open the eggs, seems that you simply crack them open..same as the main door, it its a pretty door you basically crack and tear apart so you can put pups in and out. My daugther was very excited about this toy and enjoyed organizing the funiture, putting in the decor stickers and playing with the puppies. This set comes with everything you need too. A family of adorable poodles, accessories and furniture means kids get a full set in one box. It also adds well to others in the line. While our kids (ages 3 and 6) were both super excited to open and play with this as soon as it arrived there was some downsides as parents. This took a long time to set up, there are many stickers that need assembly and some were tricky to get in place. This meant the kids could not play straight out of the box so I would recommend doing the set up first if your kids are as excited as ours were to get playing. They thought of everything down to the little pegs to keep the furniture in its place. My granddaughter was thrilled especially because we have two standard poodles!! She loved opening the eggs to see what was inside and was very excited opening the three pouches that contained the furniture and snacks. She played with it for hours. The only thing was she kept forgetting to take the furniture off the pegs so it would close. The camper came with stickers to decorate the inside and when you are working with little ones things tend to get ripped. I think this my only fault. The manufacturer placed the stickers on the outside why not do it on the inside. It would save a few tears when they t and they never go on the way you want. Other than that I thought it was a great toy and she kept going back to play with it which is a bonus. They only thing she said was that she would like to build the eggs so she can put the poodle family back in and also the door of the camper was still there incase one of the puppies fell out. My kids enjoyed the anticipation of wondering which family they would get. The &quot;hatching&quot; part was fun as well and still easily broken for my 5 year old to do. The little figurines were adorable (we got the leopard tiki hut) and my kids played with it for a good 20 minutes after it was open. Setting up the toy and decorating with stickers kept her busy for quite a bit of time and she was fascinated with the figurines. She enjoyed taking everything apart and all the bright colors is really attractive to a toddler. This toy would be most suitable for toddlers between the ages of 3-5.
