Actually, there are only steps w/diagrams, not verbage to check for which side of the panel you're working with (example). Elevator was a nightmare ! Grooves in wooden dowels were too shallow, screwed up dimensions on the entire elevator. All-in-all, its still better than the Barbie/Chinese garbage......but not much. Should last 2yrs, if not moved often.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is a beautiful dollhouse and my kids love it. It did take a while to assemble, but all in all it wasn't too bad because this is a large dollhouse. My only issue with the house is that for the price I thought it would be all solid wood. It is sturdy and will last for years, but most of the house is particle board which was disappointing.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Even though this house is quite large, it is well made and sturdy. It will last as long as the granddaughter is of the dollhouse age. So often one buys something and it is falling apart in a month. I must compliment the company for providing instructions that were easy to follow. It took several hours because of how big it is. The parts were well labeled and the screw assembly package was well thought out even to colored coordinated screws.. I am a 73 year old grandmother and I could do it. I must admit was nice to have a second pair of hands to hold a piece while I screwed.</span>
