I like the color. I think the padding is pretty sufficient. Seems to be easy to take apart and clean when needed. I like the placement of the cup holders. And also that those are easy to clean. In terms of actual functionality, it has multiple positions and reclines to fit your growing child. Price is excellent. I was willing to shell out more money for a premium car seat but they all had something that was a seeming deal breaker. I thought I wanted a rotating car seat and I do think they can be super helpful but I thought the base with the bar would limit space for baby&rsquo;s legs too much (but maybe not). A couple things that weren&rsquo;t dealbreakers for me but that I would prefer to be different- the chest clip is two pinch buttons. I prefer the one button. Seems to be easier with one hand. But I&rsquo;ve gotten used to the two buttons. I also think the clip holders are useless (on almost all brands and models). It takes more time to put them in there than to just get your child in the seat. I haven&rsquo;t had to adjust the straps much with each ride but when you do have to loosen, you have to get under the seat padding. But the plastic from the chest clip started to melt in summer. I could move the pins up and down to make them straight. It cliped but my son got stucked, I had to use pliers to unclip it. This new model is an awesome upgrade to the beloved DLX line (which are our other 5). This one has some extra hip cushioning which I like as well as thicker shoulder strap cushions. The fabric seems even higher quality and is soft for the kids. I think the DLX line is well worth the upgrade because you can remove the cushions and wash easily without removing the car seat. The seat is easy to install. We opted for the seatbelt approach because we feel it is slightly snugger in our Palisade. It&rsquo;s easy to adjust headrest height when the kids decide to trade seats and there are no complaints - they are very comfortable. One of the biggest selling points for us is the incredible longevity &mdash; from 4 to 120 lbs! It&rsquo;s a great feeling to know this seat will grow with our daughter and continue to meet her needs for years to come. It feels like a smart, long-term investment and nice to know we won&rsquo;t have to be shopping for another one anytime soon. The design is sleek and modern, and the fabric is not only high-quality but also really durable. It holds up well to daily use (and toddler snacks!), and best of all, our daughter looks and feels so cozy in it. The padding and inserts offer great support without being bulky, and she seems very content during both quick errands and longer drives. We drive a small sedan and were pleasantly surprised that this car seat fits beautifully without sacrificing space in the front seat. It&rsquo;s a game-changer for compact car owners who still want comfort and safety. Adjusting the seat is a breeze, everything from harness height to recline felt intuitive and quick, and we were able to get a snug, secure fit with minimal effort. One of my favorite features is the strap holders on the sides. They keep the harness out of the way when buckling in, which makes getting our daughter in and out so much smoother, especially when she&rsquo;s being a bit fussy and wriggly. We haven&rsquo;t had to wash the seat cover yet, but it brings me peace of mind that it&rsquo;ll be easy to remove and pop in the washing machine.
