This one is Egon Spengler his arms and hands do move and can hold the weapon and soar throat ghost! And So cute that the tie also pops up. This is small parts included so not intended for children under 3 I would go as far as saying 5. This is 1 of 4 that you can collect which I will be getting the others for his collection he was very happy with it. He don’t want to take it out of the package till he gets the others.</span>
