She was thrilled to have a dog to walk. She was over it in a few minutes. I was over it myself! The dog has wheels to roll instead of the feet moving, which would be great if the wheels turned, but they don't so it is a little difficult to walk the dog throughout the house when you can only go straight. Also, if you have any transitions on your floor, the dog won't go over them without falling. Lastly, when you press down the button for the dog to walk (whether you press it or hold it down), it automatically sits and barks first before actually walking which was further frustration for my daughter who didn't want it to sit, but only to walk.
