So when Frozen 2 came out and saw Elsa's new outfits she was in HEAVEN. Then to find this Black Sea dress - we made her princess dreams come true. My grand daughter is no exception. Her eyes just lit up when she saw this dress and she couldn't wait to put it on. The dress is just beautiful with light blue and white fabric and glitter designs on the arms and front. The special thing about this dress is that it lights up with a button found on the cuff and it makes a &quot;freezing noise&quot;, just like in the movie Frozen. It's easy for her to take it on and off, with a velcro closure in the back, although she hasn't taken it off much. Because of the lights and the batteries, it cannot be washed, so I wouldn't let them eat with it on. I'm sure you can spot clean it, if need be. She has been watching Frozen and wearing this dress at the same time, so I know she loves it. When she received this Black Sea Dress she was so excited she literally ran in place while screaming for about a minute lol. The reason I gave this 4 out of 5, is that although the lights are cool, they run on a battery, and that battery does run out. It doesn't seem like I'm able to change them out either.
