The Fortnite AR-L Nerf Elite Dart Blaster measures an impressive 31&rdquo; x 13.25&rdquo; and includes an oversized 10-dart magazine clip. The blaster produces motorized blasting with the assistance of the acceleration button. Set-up takes a couple minutes: insert your 4 AA batteries (not included), insert the darts in the clip and attach the clip. Then, power up the motor by pressing the acceleration button, aim, and pull the trigger. ***You need to make sure the side compartment (used to access jams) is closed at all times or the acceleration button will not start the motor.*** I do not feel the hype of this product is justified. The gun falls short of expectations during operation. The shot length and accuracy of darts leaves much to be desired. In addition, we find the gun to be too big and bulky. It jams more than my son would like and he gets frustrated. During battle, he will frequently grab his back up Nerf gun, as handling this behemoth becomes awkward for him.
