He especially loves all of the “tissues.” He uses them to play peekaboo and loves how soft they are. He also likes the box because there is a mirror, movable snail, and beads on the sides, which keeps him entertained. The only issue I could potentially see is that the thinner “tissues” could rip. My son tries to put them in his mouth and bite them and there is a good chance he will be able to snag them with his teeth. I wish they were slightly thicker to prevent this from happening.</span>

My granddaughter just turned 13 months. Interestingly she was interested enough in it that she started trying to play with it before I even got it out of the package. The mirror had come unglued, but did not break. I had to stick it back on in place. For an older baby if the "tissues" were more challenging to get out of the top that might be a plus. Aside from the poor adhesive behind the mirror it is a quality piece. Just not going to hold interest very long.</span>

She liked the silk tissues but repurposed them as blankets for her toys. For the most part she barely played with the box and crinkle tissues.
It's a well made toy and has a lot of neat bits but I think it's more suited for the very young (6 months to 12 months).</span>

Her favorite element appears to be the "tissues" themselves, of which there are five - two are thicker, screenprinted fabrics with textured backs and "crunchy" material within, while another three are sheer squares, much like a handkerchief. There's plenty to keep her engaged and interested, and I love how it hardly eats up space at all.</span>
