I do have a Thomas track at my house (which surprisingly it did fit) but he preferred to play with the train on his mickey mouse road playmat. The train is lightweight but very well made. It was a little tricky to get the batteries in and I was disappointed they were not included but it was worth it watching how much fun was being had playing. The train in easy to turn on for a three year old and the batteries seem to last for quite a while. Colin had a great time hooking the caboose on and adding another one from Thomas and Percy. This train is great quality as I stepped in it barefoot in the kitchen and it did not break.</span>

It has a thicker body than some of the older style trains and is easy for little and big fingers to use. Simple on and off controls and a decent speed. I like how it comes with the added accessory. Definitely recommend it as an addition to your Thomas and friends collection!</span>

It's really easy for the little ones to get going since it only requires a flip of a switch to send Kenji on his way. Kenji also has plenty of power to pull his car, which was good cause my kids loved loading him up.</span>
