The little tan creature when shaken has a bell like sound not to loud and the material is soft to the touch. The little bug raddles and has a nice clip to clip it to the car seat for on the go or out and about. The little bunny ears have texture for sense of touch. The bunny head slides out and can be used as a soft ball for touch. The pieces are not small that a 1 month old can play with. Great for tummy time to keep distracted.
