We've tried a few pottys and she shown no interest. Yet she couldn't be happier when she pulled the penguin out. She kindly refers to him as happy. This potty is smaller than most and works better with her small size. Great height, easy to use, adorable penguin! My kiddo used this potty as soon as he saw it, and has continued to do so for the last week, we are doing great! I've also taken it in the minivan ans used it as a portable potty. Perfect size to haul around in the van, easy to dump and clean when on the go. As another reviewer mentioned, the potty was covered in dirt when I unpackaged it. The potty is very lightweight and has a finger hold in the back to carry. The collection part of the potty comes out for easy cleaning. My son liked the penguin on the front and I like that the front comes up higher for a boy. It also comes with a minimalist packing design that doesn't waste on materials like cardboard or plastic. I believe you can even stack multiple toilettes and that can save a lot of space in the store or at home if you had multiple ones. The penguin design is nice and helps mask it as a toilette. My complaints are that the black removable seat (the actual area that holds the refuse) can not be clicked or locked down in place. It is very easy for a child to grab and lift right off of the base which if it had anything in it would send it all over and be a mess. I wish it could be locked down but easily removed. It has nothing right now to do this. I also wish that the high end of the black seat that is in the front (where you would be aiming towards) had a little bit of a curve inward at the top of it to help with the direction of the flow. It has a convenient handle in the back and the splash guard is a good size. When I received it and took it out of the box and had dirt all over it so not sure if it was from shipping or warehouse but it was gross having to clean it before it was even used. Then after wiping it off I noticed the penguin face on the front was scratched up. The potty itself is small. It sticks a little bit when you go to remove it to empty it, so I could see that being a disaster if your child really fills it up.
