Méditation de jour , méditation du soir ( mouvements , respiration, sons apaisants type bruits blanc) très facile d'utilisation. Le plus de cette peluche c'est qu'on peux ôter le boîtier pour pouvoir laver la peluche . Ma fille s'est endormie très rapidement ce soir avec sa petite souris.</span>
