It promotes the &ldquo;farm to table &ldquo; concept and is familiar to both kids and parents. Healthy eating is also reinforced through playing with this toy. We have the little people farmhouse and it was such a cute add-on for imaginative play. It comes with a little cloth bag that opens and play veggies that go in the bag. She is always looking at the store for new items he lives that there is moveable pieces. He loves imitating noises and the farmers market carrot crunch has become noise of the week. He even eats raw carrots now at dinner. He played with this toy all day and is still playing it. It allowed him to use more of his imagination. Playing from this toy it led to us talking about fruits and vegetables which he hates. At first I found the noises were obnoxious and a little confusing for little ones but my two year old really likes them. She keeps trying to skip from song to song but you have to listen to each one all the way through, so that&rsquo;s a little frustrating. The fly/bees noise - not my fave. I wish the green part in front was wide enough to put the LP in sideways like they&rsquo;re waiting in line at the store. She keeps trying to hold the pink &ldquo;food&rdquo; (neon pink? interesting choice) over the button to &ldquo;beep&rdquo; it at the register and only gets that noise every few pushes. The crunch noise isn&rsquo;t my favorite either but she thinks it&rsquo;s funny. It&rsquo;s overall smaller than I expected but I don&rsquo;t mind the size at all.
