We have several Little People sets in our home, and this one has been a wonderful addition. All of these pieces fit in well with the imaginative play that they already engage in, so this set has fit in almost seamlessly. Now they have cake they can enjoy at their tea parties, as well as the specific characters of Elsa and Olaf, and even a present that can play Peek-a-boo! My 4 yr old daughter loves Elsa and play food, so this is a winning combo. She often plays with the little cake in her play kitchen, but also has little parties with the included Elsa and Olaf. She was initially a little sad that the set did not come with Anna, but we just added an Anna from another Little People set that we own, and she was happy. The cake itself has the same decorations from the Frozen Fever short, however they are not painted. I think this gives it more play value, as it is more easily just a cake for Elsa, or can it be the Frozen Fever cake. One thing to also note is only the 2 removeable slices have the candle flames painted. This was something my daughter noticed, and I simply said it was so she knew which pieces to pretend to cut. She accepted that answer and hasn't been an issue in her play. My favorite part about this set are the little plates and forks. They have raised snowflake designs on them, really giving them an extra Elsa touch. I like that it has a lot of pieces to really make this an interactive experience. The untentils and plates are fun addition to really make this feel like a cake party. The Elsa and Olaf figures are cute and detailed. They would make any Frozen fan happy. I like the size of the cake, but don't really see a point to the star that you're able to turn. We didn't find that a useful addition to the set, but overall kids will really have fun pretending to have a mini party. The quality of toys is great.
