It is literally as big as the 18 month old playing with it. She loves it! It has enough variety in the phrases and songs that she doesn&rsquo;t get bored, (and I don&rsquo;t lose my mind quite as quickly.) The songs and questions are fun and educational and I really like that you change the learning level to accommodate when she gets a little older. My 2 1/2-year-old daughter loves it. She carries the puppy around with her everywhere. It's kind of funny to watch because the Puppy is almost as big as she is. I love the fact that this doll has 2 learning stages. One for when they are little and a second stage for when they get closer to preschool age. Wow! Very nice interactive toy. Push the button on her tummy or shake her around and she talks and sings. I like that it has 2 smart stages so it won't get boring and my newly 15 month old can learn new things as she grows. Big sis has 2 volume settings, one loud and one that is perfect for parents. Big sis has a stand on her bottom so she sits up, but I don't think it's too hard so it doesn't interfere with cuddling or carrying it around the house. My daughter only seems interested in it a little bit right now, I think because she might be a little young for it. When we do play with it, she likes to dance to the music and it makes her smile. She also likes to push So Big Sis's tummy button.
