We got one as a gift for our son, and use it all the time. It works perfectly for restaurants because you can attach it to a seat and your child stays secure. Our son easily slides down in a restaurant booster seat, and since you have to pull the child up to the table he is constantly grabbing at condiments and silverware. This holds him upright and gives him a tabletop to play with toys. And you don't have to worry about eating from a dirty restaurant table... they have their own seperate eating space that you can clean at home. The trays go right in the dishwasher and are very easy to clean. We also take this seat with us if we are visiting family that don't ahve highchairs and it works just as well. There is nothing bad to say about this product. We love it so much we have purchased it as a baby shower gift for many family and friends. This little chair so far is pretty great. It was out of the box and ready to use in about ten minutes. The straps feel secure enough when the tray is also in place. I like the different options for the tray (covered, drink holder, flat) and the different positions, and how easy it is to clean. I also like how portable it is. Our little one isn't quite sitting up fully unassisted but has great head control - he has enough support in this to do fine, is well protected by the harness and tray, and has been very excited to sit with us! I would recommend checking the online price if you are looking in the store - when I did, I found it was $7 less online than the store price, which my store matched on the spot.
