The ears are super soft and flexible, but the rest of baby krypto is of hard plastic, but it is a very cute toy and fun to play with. My 3 year old granddaughter will not let her brother play with it at all!! Luckily he's got the large Krypto!! Baby krypto is a good size for children to to hold in their arms. The legs move a little, but not a whole lot. I like that the cape will spin around the neck to make a blanket, but does stay attached and doesn't fall off. The collar button is easy for small children to press. The volume of it is not too loud, which is super nice. He comes with an attached red Superman cape, his adorable black framed glasses, and a cute little bone that fits In his mouth, my daughter calls it the pups paci. There is a yellow &ldquo;S&rdquo; on his chest that you can press and he makes sounds . His ears are soft and fluffy which makes him SUPER cuddly according to my little one. He is poseable which makes for endless possibilities when it comes to pretend play. My 2.5 year old loves and carries around like a doll. This body and head are made of hard plastic, but it&rsquo;s ears and cape are soft, velvety fabric. It comes with glasses that the pup can wear as a disguise, although my daughter wore them more often! It also comes with a pacifier, which can be a bit tricky to get in the mouth if the arm is up. My little one figured that out real quick though so no biggie. Arms and legs are jointed and can move a bit. Lastly, if you push the collar the pup will bark and make a variety of other sounds.
