The fabric and padding is nice and easy to clean. Love the color and design. My favorite feature is the ratchet style connection for the LATCH system. It is SO much easier to tighten down than any of my other car seats. (3 kids) No more crawling in and kneeling on it to make sure its tight. I feel better knowing it is secure and won't shift in the event of an accident. It's also easy to disconnect and move to another vehicle if necessary. The only con so far, and it might not be for someone with one or two other kids, is it is a larger carseat and doesn't fit side by side, 3 in a row in the back of our truck. Works fine if you have captain style seats or only 2 car seats. Overall very very happy with this seat. First, straight out of the box it&rsquo;s extremely easy to install. It has a bit of weight to it. The colors match my car interior perfectly. There is also added cushions to the sides and head for added support. Also, I love that this will grow with my daughter. The recline can be adjusted as well as the head. The extra cup holders are a huge bonus. My daughter can put her cup in one and her little Knick knacks she can&rsquo;t live without in the other. The straps are extremely comfortable and my daughter enjoys getting in and getting buckled in. The design is very well thoughtful I can put 3 car seats next to each other. And not sacrifice any room or comfort. All children are very happy and comfortable while being safe. The quality is fabulous. The fabric is breathable and washable. I have taken it out to wash and it washes great with no fading or shrinking. It still looks brand new. You can actually feel the safety and security with the added cushions and foam. I feel very safe putting my daughter in it. I never have to buy another car seat again. We had been loyal to graco 4ever for our older son until we tried this chair and it has made such a difference in our daughters car rides. The seat was super easy to put together and made for a quick install. Manual had illustrations which helped the process. The seat is spacious yet snugs our daughter just right. It is super comfortable and she does not sweat in it (living in Florida this is a concern lol). The seat has great safety features including the head rest which makes me feel much comfortable when we drive far distances. Finally, the cup holder design is wonderful and does not allow for old food/milk to sit in it without notice which is genius in my opinion. I have installed this car seat for my son who just turn 2, the seat is rear facing in the send row middle position of my three row SUV. The most useful feature in my case is cupholders are not sticking out on the sides, which was the case in my pervious and most car seats, plus the cupholders have this flex design to hold different size container. Since the cupholders are not sticking out, the second-row seat next to the car seat can easily slide to access third row without bumping against the cupholders protruding out. The first thing I noticed is how comfortable this seat feels. It's padded enough that she doesn't feel like she's sitting on hard plastic but not so much that it could be dangerous in any way. It was quite easy to install, which is always a plus especially when you're about to have 4 kids. The infant insert will be comfortable and safe when this little arrives too. My only complaint is it's a bit wider than my other car seats. I drive a van so that isn't a huge issue right now, but if you have multiple car seats in one row you might run into problems. This is our favorite for ease of installation, look, and report of comfort. It&rsquo;s heavy and it&rsquo;s a bit bulky, but it fits well in our second row captain seat as well as passenger side of a full size suv bench seat (middle empty). I think the size is necessary for the safety and comfort aspects. The infant recline setting is the best I&rsquo;ve ever seen for avoiding that scary head leaning forward that has happened in the past for us using a Graco seat installed and positioned correctly (even using the rolled towel trick). This seat easily reclined to allow the head to rest comfortably with no towel or pool noodle needed. Installing it forward facing for a larger child was a quick and easy switch, and that child immediately said they wanted this car seat, not their older evenflo model because this one was &ldquo;sooooo soft and comfortable.&rdquo; The fabric really is smooth and soft. It appears to be durable and it wasn&rsquo;t hard to remove and replace the cover for those inevitable washings. We don&rsquo;t have a child quite big enough to use as the booster, but we transformed it to try it out, and it was simple to do and easy to install. This is by far the best seat we&rsquo;ve had and I think we may purchase additional to replace our existing convertible graco seats. If you look up evenflo, you&rsquo;ll find they are consistently recommended for safety and high height/weight limits. This one is no exception. Buy it. The ratcheting strap system, once you figure it out, is the best I've used. I can't imagine a system that works better. It's better than the pulley-assisted style that I thought was the gold-standard. The LATCH anchor attachments are also a step up from the competition with the pull-cord release mechanism vs the usual seat-belt button style system. It allows you to push down hard on the anchor to latch it without risk of pressing the button and releasing the clip during installation. An interesting feature is the &quot;infinite slide&quot; shoulder straps. Unlike other convertibles, the shoulder straps are independent of the lap belts, which allows them to slide up and down freely by simply pulling them out and then up or down. No more peeling off the entire car seat fabric to re-thread the straps once your little one grows enough for the next notch. The seat overall seems well-built and very sturdy. Even the cupholders are great, as they are semi-circular in shape with an elastic band on one side. Much better design than the hang-on style that inevitably end up under the front seat. This specific one though needs to have a back pad. It has the butt pad, and the head pad, but no matter what I did when my baby was born, was push her head too far forward, and her back too far in the car seat. The other ones have a one piece pad that goes behind their back, and head, and under their butt, or has a butt and back pad, and a head pad. This one was not safe for my daughter to use because her chin would touch her chest if I buckled her in with the head pad. I took the head pad out and she was okay, but the extra layer was causing her head to be pushed forward. It&rsquo;s really something that evenflo needs to evaluate because it&rsquo;s not safe. Overall this is a great car seat! So with my daughter I again wanted an evenflo car seat. The all in one car seats are fairly new to me, they weren&rsquo;t a thing with my first. I LOVE the idea of only needing to purchase one car seat that will grow with my child. This car seat definitely feels comfortable, it has an adequate amount of padding, and my daughter fits snuggly in the seat. The straps are easily adjustable to ensure a snug fit. INSTALLATION: the new easy latch system makes installation a breeze. I used to have a really hard time getting a secure fit with older car seats where no matter how hard I tried, the seat would still wiggle. The secure latch system makes it quick and SO EASY, and this seat doesn&rsquo;t budge at all in my car after installation. Gone are the days of sweating and fighting with the base, pushing on the seat and pulling on the belt to try and get a tighter fit. DISLIKES: 1) I wish it had a level on the side like most other carseats to further ensure a proper installation. 2) This car seat it pretty big/wide so it would not be a good option for someone who needs to fit more than one car seat in their car. I drive a midsize SUV, and I wouldn&rsquo;t put more than one in a row. 3) cleaning the car seat is difficult the regular cover/cushion comes off to clean but I couldn&rsquo;t get the car seat straps off to clean them. I couldn&rsquo;t clean them as well as I needed/wanted to without removing them, I could only wipe them down the best I could. My daughter is now 3 1/2yo and this car seat has held up fantastic! I am expecting my 3rd child next month and will be purchasing another soon! My Mother calls my daughter's seat a Cadillac car seat. It is bigger than I expected but honestly I drive a Nissan Sentra &amp; it fits fine. However rides in the front has enough room. I only took 1 star off because it does not recline back enough but as recommended we use a pool noodle to do just that otherwise her head leans forward. Overall, I feel safe with my 19 month old in this seat. Unlike most car seat it does not move or adjust at all. My daughter is 1 and 20lbs there is no way I would have put her in this as an infant she would have slid down and laid on her back rather than her butt like she should be. Her being 1 it still does not fit snug enough for my liking. Not matter how much I tighten it she can slide down in her seat. I feel as though it is made out of very thin plastic. (Just comparing it to car seat I already own)It has a good amount of foam in it. I can bend the sides very easily. I do not like that I can not take the straps out to wash them. I can&rsquo;t even get the middle buckle out. My daughter gets car Sick and not taking out the straps makes it hard to really get clean. I love the new easy latch system.
