Cup holders and great and this is our second Evenflo that we have purchased for our kids and continue to use. Reason for 4 instead of 5 star rating is that the bottom is not flush with our car seat, but that might be an issue with our car rather than the car seat itself.</span>

You have to unhook the straps at the back of the car seat. There is a t-clip that attaches the straps to work cohesively. Unhook straps and pull straps out from the shoulder entry and replace at the shoulder height you need them and then reattach the straps to the t-clip.&nbsp;
