The neck support is not that great. It is just there but does not provide any firm support. It could be improve. Manual is little confusing. Not clear instructions for using incline. Overall it’s great product. Booster seat is wide and has comfortable cushion.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The install was straightforward and standard, however we have had so many issues with these car seats (we have two). The straps twist all the time for one, and the one that is rear facing is IMPOSSIBLE to tighten unless you tighten FIRST, THEN clip the chest clip. This is so frustrating, and makes it difficult to make sure my child is strapped in safely (takes way more time). The cup holders come off too easily too and my kids just Chuck them around, so I removed them. Luckily, these seats are rarely used, as they are for my husband's car. 100% do not recommend.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I would give this car seat 5* but the harness on our seat always sticks on the right shoulder so it makes for an uneven secure seatbelt. Only reason I haven't bought something else is my child is almost at the point where we can use the seatbelt instead. So we will just bite the time instead of purchasing a new seat. We will sell the second one we have in the meantime and get something better for our younger child.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Good quality, especially for the price. A bit irritated that it doesn't come with a hook for the lower anchor in the rear facing position. My car doesn't have a lower anchor for rear facing car seats, but my Diono car seats (which are in my SUV) came with a tether to wrap around the bottom of the car seat to attach the anchor to. Evenflo should do the same. The car seat isn't functional without it, and moves around too much. I'll be reaching out to them for a solution, otherwise, will be returning.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This has to be the worst car seat to install. We spent so much time trying to install this car seat into our car initially and never wanted to do that again. After buying a new vehicle we are currently going through this whole process again. No matter how much you tighten the belt the car seat moves to a point where you can just bump it with your hand and can jerk the child so imagine if you get into an accident. I wish I never bought this...waste of money and I am literally scared to put my child in this.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this seat for my son last year, one for my moms car and one for mine. Biggest mistake!! The straps are horrible, they constantly loosen and twist. They’re also just one big strap and one side is always tighter than the other no matter how much you mess with it. The straps have to be taken completely part just to move up a slot. I would suggest this seat to my worst enemy. And on top of it at not even a year old, only used in a sore car the seat has ripped and the stitching has come loose so the car seat is completely unusable!</span>

I was drawn to the fact that I would only have to make 1 car seat purchase because it came along with a booster seat. It was a great deal in price. My only issues are, the straps are quite short, my toddler is a little on the chunky side and below the seats maximum weight restriction, and the straps are at maximum length. The buckle strap is extremely too short, and I have accidentally pinched her little thighs several times as a result. Sadly, I think we will be looking for another car seat with longer straps.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this to use for my daughter because I wanted to keep her in a 5 point harness as long as possible. She has outgrown this seat now but it well below the weight limit for the forward facing. The straps are short and I often times am scared that I am going to "clip" her thigh on the buckle due to the shorter strap. I am so upset cause I bought 2 of these seats for different cars and now I have to go another seat due tot he short straps. It's not very friendly for children with "rounder" thighs. It would be helpful if the red buckle strap was longer to allow for easier buckling.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I purchased this car seat and had trouble with the harness from day one. The straps would only tighten on the one side so instead of just putting my grandson in and going, we had to release and try to tighten the straps which was at least a 15 minute ordeal every time. I would give it a 0 but I didn’t have that option.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Easy to install. Doesn’t take up as much space as other rear facing car seats. Seems very comfortable and my little one really likes it so far. Only annoying thing for me is the removable cup holders- my son figured out how to remove them in minutes and now they never stay in place.</span>
