They are easy to clean and store and are practically indestructible. My son likes to throw his bottles when he's done and they haven't broken or chipped at all. I really like the twisted exterior for easy holding, and the vented nipple works like it's supposed to. I feel like the plastic nipple ring and lid aren't as sturdy as others I've used, however, I haven't had a problem so far. I do have a little trouble screwing the lid on every time, but no leaks once it is on properly. Overall I think this is a great bottle and I would purchase more! A great price for a glass bottle too. They are very easy to clean, and unlike the plastic bottles they do not get a film on the inside. They are compatible with the Medela pump in style. I have not yet used them for feeding, as my daycare provider requires plastic bottles. I really enjoyed using evenflo glass vented bottles because they are so easy to clean and can be recycled. I checked the nipple and made sure it was secure inside the lid and it was so I can't figure out what went wrong. I wanted to give it a fair shake however so i used it again today to feed him some formula. The bottle didn't leak however the opening was hard to get the formula into. Once he was finally drinking though, it was nice to watch all the air bubbles flow back into the bottle and know they weren't going into his belly. The added benefits of the twist in a clean chemical free bottle are a plus. Especially if you are an old school bottle boiler! I have often wondered if I should throw away my bottles after I sterilize and the plastic becomes cloudy. Never again with glass. The new Proflow venting nipple is another great feature that helps to relieve the symptoms of colic. I give my son expressed breastmilk about once a day. The Evenflo Classic Plus Vented Glass Bottle exceeded my expectations. I like the flow of the nipple - it was not too fast or too slow. I really like the way that the bottles are shaped because it is easy to hold them while holding the baby. The glass is not too heavy. The bottles are easy to assemble and to clean. A different bottle that I use all the time has a separate straw that has to be connected to the nipple which always comes apart. It is great that with the cap there are only 4 pieces to clean. Plus the cap has a cool little feature. It has a small ring in the cap that covers up the nipple when the cap is on. It works similarly to putting you finger over to nipple to shake up the formula. It is nice that if the bottle falls over in the diaper bag, you don't end up with a cap full of milk. I had to get used to the weight of glass bottles, but beside that, we had no problems transitioning to these or using them. My daughter took the nipple just fine. With all the chemicals put into plastics these days, it's reassuring to use glass. Better for the environment too! One bonus, the caps/nipples fit onto the Medela pumping system bottles. I love the way they look and the vintage feel of using a glass baby bottle. I appreciate how easy they are to keep looking clean. Most plastic bottles that I have tried just end up looking cloudy and gross after being washed frequently. I also really like the venting nipple. Both of my babies have had extra sensitive tummies that have required us to try all sorts of bottles designed to prevent gas. While they were effective they all had lots of little parts that were a hassle to clean and keep track of. These bottles are easy to clean and don't have a bunch of separate parts. Finally, they are very high quality and a product I can feel good about giving my child both from a safety and an environmental standpoint. I breastfeed when my baby and I are together and she gets bottles of expressed breastmilk when we are apart. The most important thing to me in a bottle is for it not to cause nipple confusion and affect my breastfeeding relationship. The second most important feature is for it to not give her gas and cause spit up. We have been using these bottles for a week now and my baby is still nursing well when we are together. It has not cause her to get gassy due to the self venting features. My husband also states that the milk &quot;went down easy.&quot; I love the fact that these bottles are glass and they look so cute! However, I am concerned that they may be too heavy once the baby learns to hold her own bottle. In addition, the nipples collapses when the baby is feeding. You have to remove it in the middle of a feed for it to pop back out so that you can continue the feed. Overall, the bottles were good compared to 6 other brands that we also own. The pro venting system without the extra parts is also a plus. The only downfall I had with it was that I couldn't easily mix formula in the bottle because there is no top or cover.
