Absolutely love it!
So I got to try this carrier out for free and I love it so much! I've tried other carriers before and they were awful. My son is 6 months old and already 25lbs so he just didn't fit in other carriers in a way that was safe and comfortable for both of us.
This carrier has saved my back lol its a great fit and my son loves the just chill and chew on the soft straps.
The only negative I've seen so far is he does get pretty warm in it (from my body heat) so we have to make sure we're both in light cloths and take extra care to stay cool and take breaks here and there to air off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I\'m so happy I got to test this carrier! My son is a big boy (25lb at 6 months old) and I had tried other carriers before that he just couldn\'t fit comfortably in but this one is perfect he\'s snug as a bug and my back and hips aren\'t sore after a day of walking around trying to carry him lol.
Also I can put the carrier on by myself which is a huge plus!
This carrier is definitely big baby approved!
The only negative I found so far is he does heat up a bit if he\'s in it to long just from my body heat so we have to make sure we stay cool and that we\'re both in very light outfits.

Versatile Carrier
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thrilled to get to test this carrier. It is very well made and is easy to adjust to make the fit great. I was even able to easily adjust it for nursing, which I haven\'t been able to do in my other carriers. I have a few other carriers and this one ties with my lillebaby.
I often choose the ergo adapt as I have figured out how to nurse in it and find I can sit down easier and more comfortably. I just tested it out on an all day field trip that involved an hour and a half train ride and a boat ride and lots of walking. I didn\'t wear baby on the first part of the train ride, but I did for all of the other parts including the train ride back where she slept the entire time. She was so nice and cozy in there.
The carrier on the field trip was an easy decision. I find it so much easier than dealing with a stroller (especially dealing with it on a historic train). But even in every day life I pick my carrier over the stroller because it makes tasks easier. I find the ergo adapt very easy to put on by myself, though I haven\'t attempted a back carry on my own yet. My 6 month old is just now ready for a back carry.
I\'m a big fan of this carrier and definitely recommend it!

Both my husband and I have tried many different carriers for our baby. We finally settled with one that fit our tiny little guy but was extremely uncomfortable for us. We had a ergo sport that was too big for him in the closet, and we're counting down the days until we could use it (baby did not like the insert option) I am beyond happy that we decided to buy this item. It is etremely padded for parents, and it so easy to fit your babies size as he grows! So glad ergo came out with this carrier! ! P.s. We purchased this ourselves. This was not a trial item for our unbiased feedback.

Love this carrier!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this from Ergobaby as part of the BBC sampling. For reference I am 5\'4", size 12, curvy, 34H chest. We already had a standard Tula and an Onya Outback. DS is 19 months, tall and skinny at approximately 34" and 26lbs. I loved the Tula when he was little and would happily front carry. He prefers to back carry at this age and the Ergo is much more comfortable for me than the Tula or the Onya. To test it out we\'ve had several dance parties in our living room with him riding on my back in the Ergo. It feels secure and he doesn\'t fuss at all. We tried front carrying too, it\'s serviceable but because of the size of my chest it\'s more difficult for me to do comfortably now that he\'s bigger. One feature that this carrier has that our others don\'t is the lumbar pad. I had a c-section and despite being fully healed, I still have sensitivity in my scar and the famous c-section shelf. I\'m always self-concious and uncomfortable back carrying because the strap usually cuts across my c-section scar or rides up and causes my shelf to stick out in an obnoxious way. In the front carry it was great to have the extra back cushion, but oddly enough, I think the lumbar pad really shines in the back carry position. The chest strap on the ergo is also adjustable up and down, which is critical for back carrying, especially for those us with larger chests. I can adjust it down below my breasts for a more comfortable fit. As a comparison, the Tula chest clip rides above my breasts and is uncomfortable. For front carries its probably not as important, but for couples who vary greatly in height or weight the adjustable chest clip will make a big difference.I haven\'t tested the Ergo with a smaller baby, but I plan to this afternoon at a family party and will report back. The adjustable seat looks relatively simple to use, although I question the longevity of the Velcro closures. My ONLY complaint is that Ergo doesn\'t have the patterns that Tula does. I have dreams of buying a new Tula every time they release a beautiful new pattern, but the Ergo is more comfortable for me, so I\'m sad that it only comes in 2 colors (presently looks like black and grey). I could always trick it out with some cool custom made accessories. The carrier we received is black and heavy canvas, so maybe not the best option for those who live in warmer climates. We specifically bought our Onya, which is made out of parachute nylon and mesh, so we could avoid having to use our heavy cotton Tula on a recent trip to Costa Rica. The Onya has become SO\'s go-to carrier because both he and DS tend to run hot. He tried on the Ergo and liked how it felt, but he\'s not as picky (for reference: he\'s 5\'11", 200lbs, typical male body type). He was concerned that he\'d have a hard time figuring out the adjustable seat feature, but he\'s not good with things like that and he wasn\'t comfortable carrying DS in a carrier when he was a tiny infant. All in all, 5 stars. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this product for free to review. I\'m a plus size woman and carry most of my weight around my waist so I was very curious about the fit. The straps are amazing and fit around me with no problems! My baby is 5 months old and weighs 16.5 lbs now and I had no trouble getting her in comfortably. She seems to enjoy the rides. I think the ergo adapt is a great carrier and I wish I would have had it when she was a newborn. It is very easy to adjust and no newborn insert needed !

It took some time to adjust it, but I figured it out and then told my hubby he can use the other carrier now that the ergo is adjusted for me. Lol.I like that my back doesn\'t hurt after carrying my daughter like my baby bjorn does. Sometimes I use it when I\'m doing chores around the house so my daughter doesn\'t fuss. Really comfy and flexible sizing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fortunate to receive the Ergo Adapt as a sample in exchange for my review and I can honestly say that I love it! I have tried a number of carriers, most were either to confusing, hard to put on by myself or just plain uncomfortable. I wore baby in the Adapt for the majority of a two day yard sale and was not in excess pain at the end of the day (after two major back surgeries, that is saying a lot. ).I also love that it does not require an insert for tiny baby. Also, although,I believe the claim is three different seat sizes, because the adjustment is velcro, it is actually way more adjusadjustable than that. One more thing, in addition to being able to put it on and adjust by myself, it is also very easy to nurse in, very convenient.

The only complaint I have so far is not being able to figure out how to wear him with the straps crossed in the back, I don\'t know what to do with the H straps. Great improvements
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had the original ergo which I love but this is an absolutely dream. The first noticeable difference is how soft the cotton is. The original add rougher like canvas but the adapt is like need linen, it\'s amazing. There were a lot of instructions to set it up and they were clear on explaining each type of carry available to use.The adapt has so many more practical ways to fit it for you and your baby. It doesn\'t require an infant insert. You can adjust it to fit your baby\'s specific size. You can adjust it at the base for their hips, on the sides, and at the top. They made some really cool changes as well. Each of the straps now has a small elastic band so if you have an excess of the strap you can roll it up and close it with the attached band so they don\'t hang all over. You also now can tighten up your shoulder straps from the front rather than reaching around like a backpack. It has a lot of little compartments and hides the hood nicely when not in use.The only thing I\'d have to say negatively is it is harder to buckle the shoulder clip.My LO is only 6m so I haven\'t tried all the holds, only front. But this carrier can also do back and hip.All in all I still love my original ergo but if I had to choose between them I would take the ergo adapt.

So easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was intimidated by this carrier when I first opened it up. Turned out to be really easy to use and really comfortable. I started out with a wrap when my little one was born and quickly decided it wasn\'t for us. This carrier gives all the comfort of a wrap (no pain in the shoulders) and is way easier to use. My husband was happy to have it too as it meant that he could take our LO out and about with him with ease.

Awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a sample from BabyCenter and I\'m happy I did. I had an older style Ergo that I wasn\'t in love with. I got this on Mother\'s Day weekend and we had some hiking to do. I put this on and adjusted baby in and off we went. At the end of the hike I didn\'t have a sore back and baby was easy to get out.The carrier is easy to put on and take off. It has a nice cushioned back pad that my older model did not have. It also adjusts easier than my other model. My only complaint is that there isn\'t a secured pocket that I could put my cell phone or some money into. But that is a minor issue and one Im sure I can figure out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new ergo adapt has the awesome feature of being able to adjust the seat based on height. I love that there is no need for a newborn insert. My 16 pound 5 month old loves being carried in the ergo and looks so comfy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the original ergo and have loved it since day 1. But in texas it gets super hot and baby would sweat with the infant insert since he\'s a little guy I\'m still using it at 5 months. This ergo is so much better than the orginal. No insert needed. Its more open so he can see out and get air. This thing is a lifesaver with a wild 2 year old and baby wants to nap. I can leave the stroller at home this summer when we go on adventures.

Love this carrier!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to this carrier, my only experience had been with a basic Baby K\'tan. My daughter is 6 months now and while the K\'tan was still working for her, the Ergobaby is A LOT sturdier and just feels more secure. The only time my back started hurting from it I realized I didn\'t have the bottom tight enough to my waste. My baby loves it as well. I don\'t have to worry about making sure her legs and hip are in the proper position like I do with the K\'tan. The baby K\'tan is one size so my husband can\'t wear her in that but he can with the Ergobaby! My only "complaint" is that it\'s not as portable. My Baby K\'tan fits in my diaper bag. I haven\'t figured out an easy way to transport it yet. Overall, it\'s awesome!!!

Baby loves it and so do I!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so lucky to be able to sample this from Babycenter. I have a 17 lb 5.5 month old and she LOVES this thing! (And so do I!) I had received as baby shower gifts the baby k\'tan wrap and a baby bjorn. Wow I wish I would have put this on my registry instead! The k\'tan was only good for when she was a little newborn (waste of money) and the baby bjorn was ok for awhile but the bigger and heavier she got, the more weight it put on her crotch and dangled her legs.my back, shoulders don\'t hurt at all when I use this. It\'s a little tricky at first to adjust it but once you get the hang of it after two or three times it\'s easy.pros:1) love the fabric shade hood that snaps over baby\'s head. I use this when she\'s over simulated and needs to go to sleep....and she always does!2) baby feels comfy sitting in there and it\'s comfy for me too3) adjistable for any size babyCons:1) the only real "con" for me is unlike a 360, this one can\'t face forward.2) living in south Florida it gets a tad hot if you\'re outside

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carrier was very confusing for me at first. I have a ring sling I love and this was a HUGE change! Once I got used to the buckles and how to get myself and baby comfortable, it was great! It\'s easier on my back/neck/shoulders than my ring sling. My husband also likes the "baby backpack" option. It\'s super comfy but definitely takes some getting used to.

Comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carrier is a lot more comfortable than other similar brands. I used it a lot at an amusement park this past weekend and other than feeling pregnant again (haha) it was nice to use! Seriously, the park was hilly, and I felt pregnant again with her weight on my belly. It brought back sweet memories! It is still a little confusing to me to get it fixed just right, but my husband is a great help with fixing it once it is on me. We used the smallest setting for her, since she\'s a skinny four month old. She loved being so close to me.Overall, I enjoyed it very much--mainly because it is quite comfortable to wear with my baby. Another brand I tried on didn\'t come close.

So easy to use. Kids, mom, and Dad love it!
I received this carrier as a sample from babycenter, and I couldn't have been more lucky. It's so comfortable and easy to use. It really is so simple to put on myself to carry my 23 pound 6 month old, easily adjustable to switch to carrying my 30 pound 2 -1/2 year old, or have Dad use it! No sore back after shopping, walking the older kids to school, or hiking. My husband has bad shoulders, and it is difficult for him to hold the kids for very long, but he has no problem with this. It is perfect!

What a difference!
I was part of a trial group and was given this style in order for me to review. I have another Ergo but will be selling it as this one is far superior. I find it to be more comfortable with the added back padding. I currently have a 6 month old and she fits so nicely in it. I got this Morher's Day weekend and we went for a hike. It was comfortable and I didn't feel any discomfort after hiking a couple miles.
The only thing I feel this is missing is a zippered pocket for my things. I liked the older model because I could safely put my cell phone and a credit card or cash in it.
