Much better than putting holes in the wall to secure the TV. These straps are behind the TV and out of the way, you don't even know they are there. Installation was simple, correct hardware was provided. More than anything, this provides a presence of mind with my kids around, I don't have to worry about their safety. It doe's it's job This was about a 5 minute project that will give me years of piece of mind. After modifying the placement of our 35&quot; TV, I realized it was time for some additional support for it. This kit is easy to adjust, came with the correct screws for my TV, it had a few others, so you win some you lose some in this battle i am sure) and installed in about 5 minutes. I screwed it down to the back of my heavy TV stand and tightened the straps. In the event of needing to adjust my TV angle, its just a quick tighten and loosen in the back. YOU can attach it to the wall or YOU can attach it to the Furniture. Either way it won't tip over. These Dreambaby TV saver straps are made of metal and plastic, that installs easily. My husband is a heavy footed person and sometimes everything will jump and shake when he walks by. These straps were the answer to disaster in our home, as I could just see the TV bouncing off the stand. I could also imagine that if the grandchildren were there, it could cause serious injuries.
