It was a little expensive but looks just like the one on the show! The elevator is a bit hard to use (the characters don&rsquo;t stay on) and the paint from the characters comes off at the bottom of the mail shoot (see picture). We love how the other toys hook on to the house, but by the time you get everything it&rsquo;s quite pricey!! The dollhouse was super easy to assemble as the instructions were very clear and step by step. Once assembled it appears to be sturdy. Love that it fold up to store on a shelf when not in use. My daughter was so happy by all the things it can do and all the characters it came with. She played with it for almost 2 hours by herself and has been playing with it everyday since. I like that most of the pieces are big enough that my 18 month old can play with her sister. I make sure to keep an eye on the small pieces or remove them while she is playing independently. I loved that the instructions were super clear to follow with both visual arrows and written instruction for assembling. The plastic itself is a heavier gauge than I was expecting. I also like that as they continue to play with it we can add on additional rooms and there is a free app to connect with. This requires 3 AAA battaries that are not included.
