The one I bought was in 2022 but when I went to use it for my second child, all of the seating material had disenegrated. It&rsquo;s ridiculous that you cannot buy replacement parts for any of their products. This seems like a latent defect and I know I&rsquo;m not the only person who has experienced this issue. It swings both ways however, there&rsquo;s so many other issues with it. For example, it took hours to put together. The locking buttons are very hard to push. it is absolutely impossible to move the straps. It took me about an hour plus a YouTube video in a couple broken nails to move the straps to a different location. The connection to your phone is only by a headphone jack and those don&rsquo;t really exist anymore on phones, so it is out of date. I think mine is already broken after about a month of using because it&rsquo;s almost impossible to get it off of the bar to use as a rocker. lastly, the swing is absolutely huge. It does not fit in most spaces. The box had been completely destroyed, thankfully the swing was okay and all the pieces were accounted for. I was also very disappointed in the fact that the swing does not include the plug in wall adapter for the swing to be able to operate off of the wall power.
