Now she loves having her own Little Mermaid at home. I love that her hair is soft and doesn&rsquo;t seem to easily tangle and her shoes don&rsquo;t easily remove, toddler mom struggles. She seems to be your typical Barbie but with wonderful detail of Halle Bailey&rsquo;s Disney character, down to the forehead freckle. My daughter couldn&rsquo;t wait to rip open the box to get her out, so I missed getting pictures of the boxed look but it was obviously a big hit! Her outfit is lovely and very sparkly, her boots are super cute, her makeup is so well done, and I absolutely love the color and texture of her hair. Overall she is quite the likeliness of the actress who plays Ariel in the movie and a great addition to my daughter&rsquo;s Barbie and Disney Princess lineup! Clothing material is very sturdy and durable. Her shoes does come off and is easy to use. She love having the little mermaid added to her collection. They absolutely love it and play with it every day, even fighting over it at times. The doll&rsquo;s details are incredible! Her hair is beautiful and, though it looks like she has real braids, it&rsquo;s actually tightly twisted hair pieces that will withstand more rough play than real braids. She even has the little mole on her forehead like the girl in the movie! We were very impressed with the quality of the doll. Her dress is silky and well made. I highly recommend this doll to other The Little Mermaid fans, or just any Barbie fan. She&rsquo;s a great addition to our Barbie family. The doll&rsquo;s dress has lovely details, matching shoes, and captures the characteristics of the actress from the movie. The only disappointment was the hair quality; the hair style has some braided pieces randomly placed on top of the straighter hair and seemed to shed more than usual.
