It's the right size to fit in his hand and wield as if it were a real sword. It lights up and makes sounds as it swishes and swooshes through the air. It lights up and makes sounds. When you move the blade, it makes a sound and there's also a button to make a different sound. It's the perfect size for a 3-5 year old boy or girl.
