Head and neck articulation is smooth but not present in the arms or legs. Only accessories included are her shoes and tiara, which is delicate and broke almost immediately. An older child might be frustrated that the clothing is not removable, but this is perfect for a younger child who may lose clothes and accessories. Plus it means the house stays just a bit more tidy. The hair is also somewhat more fixed in place than other dolls. This may make for a more durable doll in the long run.
